Interaction with Guests
I will be there to greet you upon arrival, and am happy to show you around the apartment, tell you how things work and point out the closest public transport, food shops and anything else that I can help you with. Atfer that will be available by phone or e-mail at your convenience.
Just steps away from Kamppi shopping centre and hip bars and restaurants, and a short walk away from the central railway station, Esplande park, Ateneum art museum, Helsinki Cathedral, the Senate Square, the houses of Parliament, Temppeliaukio Church and many more. Kamppi is the very center of Helsinki: anything you could possibly need is a stone's throw away.
Trams, buses, and metro all stop less than a block away, and airport bus 615 gets you here in 35-40 minutes depending on traffic. If you are arriving by ferry, the West Harbour is an 8 minute tram ride away.
Other Things to Note
Let me know if you have any further questions before booking. When making a booking, I appreciate it if you take the time to tell me a tiny bit about what brings you to Helsinki, and your arrival and departure times. I wish to welcome you and hope you have a great stay in Helsinki!
-Please treat my home and belongings with respect: don't make a huge mess. I expect you to clean up after yourself.
-As a courtesy to my neighbors, please avoid making lots of noise between 10 pm -7 am.
-No smoking indoors. I've had guests break this rule before, and it sucks: I have to wash all the fabric in the room several times to get rid of the smell. Please don't! There's a place for smokers in the courtyard.
-Please let me now if you're planning on inviting non-paid guests.
-Please don't use my WIFI for anything illegal.
