Take a break, unwind, or play at this peaceful house close to tons of great outdoor activities. Whether you're into ATV trails, hiking, biking, or watersports, access is right down the road. We're close to Burr Oak State park, Wayne National Forest, Tecumseh Trails, and Scenic Trails. The pull-through driveway has enough room for your vehicle and trailer. 24 miles to OU. And when you want to stay in, Woodacre Place has beautiful scenery, a well-equipped kitchen, and a wood-burning stove.

The space
Cottage offers 1 King bedroom and 1 Twin-over-Full bunkbed bedroom plus a Queen pull-out sofa in the living room. Full bath has washer and dryer. Well-equipped kitchen has amenities to prepare a meal. Your choice of drip coffee maker or Keurig. Wood burning stove heats up the place quickly. Fire pit outside has plenty of seating. For days inside, there is a DVD player with movies, Bluetooth speaker, games, books, and puzzles.

Guest access
No access to basement. Kitchen closet has broom, sweeper, and Swiffer. There is a 220 electric outlet at the driveway for EV charging but guests will need to bring their own charging cable. Pull through driveway is long enough for vehicle plus a trailer. Two-tier back deck with patio furniture faces the woods to watch the wildlife. No hunting on premises please.
