The space

Hello Readers,

I offer you a nice little room with a double bed for a happy night. A small selection of drinks are available in the room. Internt and breakfast are included in the price. The kitchen and the living room can also be used, of course.

Due to the size of the room I offer you at this price to share the kitchen and the living room also and prepare you a great breakfest.

The apartment is not next to a road and therefore quiet.

Transport: Tram 18 stop Lautensackstrasse - Tram 19 stop Agnes Bernauer Strasse - subway 5 Friedenheimer Strasse - SBahn Hirschgarten - all within 10 minutes walking distance. With all transports you are in the center in 10 minutes.

I'm nice, friendly and open-minded and 42 years old. I would be happy if one or the other contact is made, and you may even get a glass of wine together. :-)

We also speak English and Arabic.

Jalil is very nice, communicative, and accommodating. His home is very clean for the most part, just that the bedroom is a little tight in space, though the living room is very cozy! Location is slightly hard to find as it's in a smaller side alley street, but that might be becau…

Nice clean place to stay with a friendly host. Not too far from either train station, but will want to use transport if you have luggage. Would book again.

Jalil was an AWESOME host! His place is very close to the city center (5-10 min by metro). Jalil did a wonderful job pointing me into the right direction to see all the sights and sounds of Munich. I will be visiting his place again next time I'm in Germany.
