This is one of the best locations in Seattle. You’ll love our place because of the comfy, tranquil urban ambiance, and convenience to everything Seattle has to offer. View of space needle, downtown, Lake Union, and Queen Ann. In the heart of Eastlake, surrounded by incredible restaurants, stores and spas, 1 block from Lake Union, close to rowing center, parks, gym. Just a short walk to South Lake Union, UW or minutes to Downtown. Capitol Hill, Fred Hutch, Gates Foundation, Amazon, Microsoft Connector bus. Shop for local produce at the Pike Place Market, visit the Space Needle, or enjoy the gorgeous views of downtown and Mt. Rainier.

Neighborhood highlights

With Amazon headquarters nearby, this neighborhood is vibrant and hi tech. We are close to Unviersity of Washington, biotech hub of Lake Union. There are lots of ways to get out and enjoy Lake Union here. There is a boat launch for kayaks and canoes, or you can join the Lake Union Crew squad. Many small parks dot the shore, including Fairview Park and Eastlake Bouledrome, which claims to have the best waterfront bocce ball in Seattle (though we can’t imagine there’s much competition for that title). It’s always fun to grab a table on the deck at one of the restaurants along the lake (like Eastlake Bar and Grill or Serafina) so you can watch the boats and seaplanes. If you’ve got the time, you can go on your very own seaplane ride and get a great view of Seattle, and Eastlake of course!
