The property is a 10 min commute from the city or 30mins for the spa town of Buxton providing an ambundance of entertainment at the many theatre, comedy and concert venues along with Manchester's infamous sporting venues of Old Trafford, Etihad Stadium, the national football museum, aquatics centre and velodrome.
Pubs and restaurants and local shops are within a short walking distance from the property. Parking is available on the road, though a car is not essential to get around the area.
