HEATED POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES
**Pool heating is OPTIONAL October through April. $100/daily. Pool heating is calculated on today days starting check in day through the end of your stay, not including the check out day.** This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance.
*Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month).
*Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY.
*Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September.
*Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays.

- We deep clean and update the furniture regularly. We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery regularly to keep the property in tip top shape. We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the home stays sparkling clean.

Other things to note
The fireplaces inside the house is not functional, just for esthetic purposes only. (owners made it this way to prevent the possibility of fires).
Bedroom #4 is also the laundry area. Behind the curtain is a full size washer & dryer. Room has a door to the house, door to the backyard patio, window, 2 beds, chairs, & hooks for hanging clothes.

Scottsdale has adopted a new noise ordinance to help protect the neighbors and neighborhood from unruly/loud vacation rental properties. This ordinance shall pertain to any and all properties located in Scottsdale, AZ. In effect if the police are called for nuisance party or noise disturbance up to a $2,500 fine could be assessed to the guests. If this happens you will be charged for the fine. Please keep the noise levels down and respect the neighbors. Thank you for your understanding.
SWIMMING POOL SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND RELEASE

Parents so supervise all children at all times in the pool and backyard.
No lifeguards on duty or pool fence.
