This special historic home is centrally located in the heart of the Dallas Oak Lawn community. Easy access from Love Field and DFW. Great UBER and LYFT service. Easy access to DART. This historic home was occupied by a Dallas Opera Soprano, Miss Daisy Polk, and the site of many wonderful social events. There are three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house is full of beautiful antiques following the lead of Mr. Gerald Tomlin, A.S.I.D., This is a place you will love to call your Dallas home.

The space
Three full bedrooms and bathrooms. Two rooms have queen beds and the third has a standard full bed. There is a wonderful front porch to enjoy a glass of wine. There is a balcony off the upstairs hall. There is ample secure off-street parking on the property.
