This had to be one of the best places I have stayed. Not only was the house extremely spacious, and had the most amazing atmosphere, Les accommodated for our whole group. I highly recommend this house. The house is situated literally in the middle of the rainforest, with a 500m walk to Rosella's Cafe (who make delish coffee) and 500m away from "The Canyon" lookout (Amazing view). One of the highlights of this stay would have to be waking up to the sound of the lyre birds and Rosella's chirping in the tree's and on the deck. Wishing I could rewind time to be back here!
We had a wonderful time at Les' holiday house. Among the places we went to in Australia, the rainforest cottage is the most memorable! We encountered a number of wild life in the backyard, wombat, pattemelons, bush turkey, to name a few. It's an experience we will fondly think of in the many years to come. The house is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Thank you, Les, for this extraordinary experience!
