All bed & bathroom linen is provided. Wombat's has a sofa bed option for extra guests if you wish....
Facilities include reverse cycle air-conditioning, convection-microwave, ice and water dispensing fridge+freezer, Television, Wifi, plus access to washing machine and bicycles by arrangement.
A range of breakfast cereals, tea, coffee and bread is included, or walk down the lane-way to choose one of the local cafes for breakfast.

in the back garden. Your entry & parking are via the side gate in Mann st, 200 metres from Glenbrook Village Centre & the historic old railway station of Glenbrook in the Lower Blue Mountains area.
The Studio is physically attached to the main building; but it has its own separate entrance. There are 4 steps to your separate verandah & access to "Wombat's Studio".
Transport links are good; Glenbrook is one of the first villages in the Blue Mountains via the M4, Motorway or the Mt Victoria rail-line from Sydney. By car or train, it's an hour from Sydney and 2 minutes' walk from Glenbrook Railway Station.
Interaction with guests
I am an AirBnb host who lives in the adjacent accommodation onsite, so I am easy to contact if you need me or have any travel questions or queries about facilities in the accommodation.
The contact I have with guests is very dependent on my guests; it's your vacation/visit... after reception and room guidance, your privacy and enjoyment is important to me.
Other things to note
Kitchenette facilities are suited to organise prepared and semi prepared food items, and light meals. There is no cook-top provided, the premises are not licensed to have a full kitchen.
There are ample food outlets nearby that provide cooked meals at prices to suit all budgets.
Please advise me if you have special needs regarding health or accessibility or food requirements, so that we can both check if Wombat's is suited to your needs, before making a reservation.
If you are requesting your pet accompany you as a guest; please discuss their needs prior to making a reservation. If an agreement is made that your pet can be suitably accommodated at Wombat's, large pets should be included in guest numbers.
The room can accommodate 2 couples, using the main bed and the sofa bed, or up to 5 if a family with young children wish to improvise with the sofa-bed and lounge etc.
Please Note: All children and pets must be included in total guest numbers when entering your booking request, please and thank you.
We live in a residential area and as long as we keep the property secure, don't disturb the neighbours and act lawfully, then any concerns about what's acceptable can be sorted in person.
The Blue Mountains is a world heritage listed location, and it is essential you sort and RECYCLE all refuse. Separate bins will always be provided to make this easy.
No smoking indoors at all; however outdoors is acceptable, please request an ashtray.
Energy conservation awareness please, switches off when not in use.
