The space
Giant windows “frame the mountains as art,” as Architectural Digest put it when describing this beautiful, modern home that’s perfect for cozying up by the fireplace. It can sleep up to 4 guests across two bedrooms, each with floor-to-ceiling windows that open right up to the outdoor space. It’s perfect for remote workers, with lightning fast internet that can easily handle web streams and video conferencing and 2 dedicated workstations. It’s beautiful year-round, as well – take in the stunning lush greenery in spring/summer months, the unbelievable foliage in the fall, or start up the fire in the winter and watch the snow fall from the year-round hot tub.

-Bedrooms-
The property has 2 beautifully designed bedrooms, all with floor-to-ceiling views that open right up to the outdoor space. There are two queen beds. We also use extremely soft Nollapelli sheets in all of our bedding. There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.
-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, salt & pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables sit up to 6. There is also a grill outdoors.
-Workstations-
The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and two amazing state-of-the-art workstations that look out onto the pasture views, helping you find new inspiration. Each are complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work from the patio area.
-Living Space-
The living area has a comfortable couch, speakers to play music and a smart TV so you can stream your favorite shows or movies.
-Outdoors-
The beautiful outdoor area has sprawling views and is complete with an outdoor dining table and relaxing hot tub. It’s a beautiful place to sip your morning coffee, or sip cocktails in the evening. Kids also love to roll around on the hills!
-Bathrooms-
The home has two full bathrooms. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer in the primary bedroom – your hair will never look better!
-24/7 Concierge-
We are available for our guests 24/7 via our Concierge leading up to and throughout your stay to answer your questions and provide support.
Other things to note
We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!
We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety. If you have a special request for your child (crib or car seat) let us know.
There is a washer/dryer for use, with detergent and fabric softener provided. Please be aware that the house is on a well. We filter the water coming through, but the house does occasionally get surges of iron that can discolor light colored clothing. If you are at all concerned, please avoid washing.
There is state-of-the-art technology throughout the home, which you can control from our app. Our Concierge will support over text but if you are not comfortable using tech - it may not be an enjoyable experience. Please note this functionality is in beta and we are constantly adding improvements. You do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should they malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.
No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace.
WILDLIFE WARNING
Bear season runs from July to mid-November, so you might encounter bears roaming around the property. Please exercise caution and follow our guidelines for food and trash disposal. Also, please remain vigilant when you are outside and ensure that you're locking your car doors at night to prevent any wildlife from entering them.
POOL
The pool at this home is seasonally closed due to weather conditions during the following periods:
Late October through early November (weather dependent)
Early to mid April (weather dependent)
Exact closure dates may vary each year based on local weather. We recommend confirming pool availability before booking if this amenity is essential to your stay.
When open, pool heating is available for a fee of $130/day and is preset to a comfortable temperature of 80°F. Please note that temperature adjustments are not available.
If you’d like to add pool heating to your stay, kindly contact Concierge at least 3 days prior to arrival.
ACCESSIBILITY
The driveway and path to the home are gravel. This may make rolling luggage or strollers more difficult, so you may want to pack light or be prepared to carry items to and from your car.
Please note that there are no closets and dressers in this home. There are hangers behind the mirror in the second bedroom and drying racks in the laundry room, which can be used to hang clothing. We recommend packing accordingly, especially for longer stays. A garment bag or travel organizer may come in handy.
PET FEE AND POLICY
This home is pet-friendly and welcome to your furry friends during your stay. However, I do have some rules and a pet fee to preserve our home’s delicate luxury furniture and linens.
• Pets are strictly prohibited in beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, or spa facilities.
• Pet owners will be responsible for damage and charged through their payment on file.
• Our pet fee is $350 for up to 2 pets charged at check-out. The fee goes to the cleaner for the extra work required after a pet stays.
AMENITY NOTICE
The Tesla charger at this home is currently unavailable. Our team will be happy to direct you to nearby charging stations.
NOTE: This fee does not cover damage by breaking the pet policy rules. Please note that we’ll be charging any extra damages done to the property by your pet.
