Escape to the mountains at the Hemlock House in the Woods. Relax and listen to the quiet at this tranquil mountain getaway. Two-bedroom home sleeps six with several amenities. Great place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Easy access to Mt. Rainier, 25 min to the ski resort, and close to Mt St Helens. Great home base to explore the Pacific Northwest. Early check-in at 1:00pm/Late check-out at 12:00pm. No Pets allowed.

Can be booked with The Pinecone Cabin for groups up to ten people.

The space
The Hemlock House is our two bedroom/two bathroom home located in the woods about four miles from downtown Packwood, WA. The yard is fully fenced, with front and back porches to relax. You can also sit around the fire pit in the back yard. Full kitchen and washer/dryer for your use.

You will have the entire house and yard to enjoy.

Other things to note
No pets allowed at the Hemlock House.

Check-in as early as 1:00pm and Check-out as late as 12:00pm.

No smoking or vaping allowed in the cabin or on the porch.

Jeff and I designed and built this house and cabin to share the tranquility and quiet of escaping to the mountains. As a child, I grew up coming to Packwood with my family to get away. I spent many summer days walking to the waterfall or the river, playing kick the can, and many summer nights roasting marshmallows and watching the stars. We hope you slow down and listen to the quiet. Enjoy your time in the woods!
