-Two masters bedrooms with King Size beds with high-end mattresses and all linens are luxurious white Egyptian cotton (sheets, towels and comforters).
- Two other bedrooms with twin beds and high density mattresses
- AC units in every room
-Industrial ceiling fans in 2 bedrooms with wall-mount control.
-Ample closet space.
-Washer & Dryer

-Hair Dryer

The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, blender, french press and Nespresso coffee maker (bring your own capsules!), silverware and cookware.

There are 2 large decks that wrap around the house suitable for outdoor meals or sun-lounging. Swimming Pool that measures 7 meters by 3.5 meters 23ft by 12ft.

Two of the three bathrooms have a separate entrance from the decks for a convenient access after the beach.

An ample back yard with a king size day-bed and 2 sun lounge chairs with high-density mattresses are there for your enjoyment.

There is also a hang-dry designated area for laundry. Housekeeping services are available upon request.

We have an alarm security system for your safety should you want to use it at no extra charge.

The house is 5 blocks from the round-about that enters the town, making it walking distance if desired although a car is recommended.

World renowned dining is just steps away. Be sure to try La Huella in Jose Ignacio, La Olada in La Juanita, La Juana in La Juanita, Marismo in Jose Ignacio and Posada Paradiso in Jose Ignacio.
