Our outdoor spaces are the BEST in Marfa!
In the shared courtyard is a stock tank "pool", adobe and glass "dining shed" with a FIREPLACE, billiards room, outdoor sofa and dining under a covered pergola plus fire pits.

The space
The love house has 2 bedrooms and one bath along with media room, dining/lounge and a kitchen. This home sleeps 5 with a daybed and queen bed in one bedroom and queen bed in the second bedroom.

We have added a small exercise room with rowing machine, yoga mats, exercise bands and a Power Tower (Pull Up Bar Dip Station).
Our guests have access to our electric bikes. Please note that in Marfa services are VERY slim so if the last guest left the bike with a flat, it might be a challenge to fix or we might not even know.
The outdoor spaces are beautiful at Corte del Norte in winter or summer. You'll want to be outside all the time!
It's a great place for parties and events however, we'll need to discuss our event policies in advance. Event fees and deposits apply. Please contact us and we'll help you plan a special birthday party, anniversary or wedding.
Guest access
You'll have access to our lush and expansive courtyard including a stock tank "pool", semi-outdoor billiards room, fire pits, glass and adobe “dining shed” with a FIREPLACE and other outdoor living and dining spaces.
Corte del Norte is perfect for groups plus each house has its own private outdoor space.
Corte del Norte has given it's guests exclusive access to TWO electric bikes in addition to a small EXERCISE ROOM that has been added with rowing machine, yoga mats, exercise bands and a Power Tower (Pull Up Bar Dip Station). Please note that services are VERY slim to none in Marfa so if the bikes are in need of repair from the last guest we might not even know and it might take a while to repair.
Plus guests have access to a washer and dryer!
Other things to note
We keep you stocked with Big Bend Coffee Roasters coffee for your stay while at Corte del Norte (hint, hint... you can buy it from The Get Go if you'd like to take some home).
Even though we try to keep our pantries and fridges empty we know it's hard to buy for short periods so help yourself to any food or beverages in the house.
We also have Marfa Brand Soap for your use.

Book the short (2 hour) guided Chinati tour – worth it to understand marfa. The Judd “block” tour is fun (judd’s home) every afternoon. Book in advance: Chinati through Chinati Foundation and the Block through the Judd Foundation. They both have a variety of tours. These are just my personal favorites.
Random:
Many movies have been filmed in Marfa: Giant, There Will Be Blood, No Country for Old Men, Dancer Texas, etc. However, one is a must if you want to take the #1 National Geographic drive. It¹s Kevin Costner¹s first movie. Fandango. It¹s a coming of age movie about a group of friends that graduate from UT and the next morning they leave to go dig up the bottle of DOM they buried after High School graduation out in West Texas. It's an hour and half drive there. I highly discourage you from going across the border. The drive through Pinto Canyon (FM 2810) is amazing. If you go far enough (2 hours) you'll make it to the Hot Springs - fun!
