Other Things to Note
Available for the full month of December!
Erika was a wonderful host and provided everything we needed! She kept in touch and made sure everything was okay for us when we arrived. The apartment was clean and looked exactly like the pictures. The metro was only about a twenty minute walk through a nice neighbourhood. Ten minutes down the road there was a grocery and an amazing street filled with restaurants and cafes to eat at. The location was perfect, Erika was a wonderful host, and if we ever go back to Montreal we would easily want to stay at her place again!
Erika was extremely welcoming and flexible about arrival time. Her place is very beautiful, better than expected. The area is a lovely residential neighbourhood with exciting street life and many good restaurants within a few min. We will definitely try and book her place for our next trip to Montreal. We are completely satisfied with our first AIRBNB experience.
Erika was an absolute pleasure to deal with! Very helpful, informative, and quick to respond.
The neighbourhood and the unit were exactly as described. Erika left the unit very clean, organized, and welcomed us with a note of final details. The back patio was absolutely gorgeous; bedroom was fair size with a firm mattress; kitchen was fully equipped; bathroom had excellent water pressure and water heat was never an issue.
The only (very minor), complaint we had was that there was no seating in the living room, other than one chair.
Walking distance to the grocery store and pharmacy was easily less than ten minutes, and to the nearest Metro was only about 20 minutes.
We would definitely book with Erika again.
Erika's apartment was a beautiful surprise that exceeded our expectations greatly. It was beautifully decorated and had two gorgeous balconies overlooking her great neighbourhood. Perfect for a couple or a single traveler. Note- there is only one bed and no couch, so bring a cot or an air mattress if there are more than one or two people staying.
Erica's place is really really nice, quite, pretty! The place is sun drenched, clean and tidy, cozy like your own home! Erica is very helpful, quick in her response, makes us stay easy! We drive around, and it's easy access to downtown area of Montreal, but we did experience traffic going both ways (except late nights). I will definitely stay here again!!! Five stars!
Erika's apartment was super cozy and in a great neighborhood just across the bridge from Montreal proper. The apartment itself was very warm and welcoming with eastern trinkets and books all over the place. Erika left us a note and brochures with some great advice for what to do around the city since it was a national holiday, as well as allowing us access to her fridge and pantry. Taking her advice, we walked down the block to a large street festival with concerts, restaurants, and bars filled with thousands of people. With a wide open floor plan, two balconies and a large shared backyard, the apartment has a very small town feel for being just a few minutes car ride into Montreal. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would be glad to come back.
