*FRESHLY REMODELED JUNE 2021!* Incredible waterfront home with large private boat dock, 30 minutes from Lake Havasu or Laughlin. 10 minutes up river from Pirates Cove and Topock 66. Great location before the river gets shallow, you can boat any time of day from our dock without issue. 5 bed / 6 bath with room for the whole gang. Breathtaking views from patios. Beach areas out front, and large nearby beach protected from current. Walking distance to 18 hole golf course with cart rentals.

The space
This house is a great setup for the family. Located waterfront on the Colorado river! Every bedroom has its own bathroom, so no fighting over who gets "the master". 3300 square feet of living area makes for plenty of room to let the kids roam. The private boat dock can accommodate 2 boats and jet skis easily. Dock is fully lit for night time boating and ease of use. The house is equipped with Internet, WIFI, Cable TV and is fully furnished with bedding, kitchen utensils and cookware. Built in 2006, this house is newly remodeled and in great shape. - a fantastic destination for a vacation, and to enjoy everything the Colorado river area has to offer.

Riverfront location with private boat dock and great atmosphere. This section of the river is deep and there are beaches everywhere within a short boating distance. Boat down to Pirates Cove, Topock 66, Topock Gorge and Lake Havasu. Boat up river to the Avi Resort Casino, and Laughlin NV.
Or....just hang around the house and relax!
