Great place! Great location
Clean room and good location.. but unfortunately that's all what I found positive.
Very disappointing was the fact that, the owner requested additional and hidden fee for the room - 2euro pro person pro night.. please be aware of this - it's not much it should be clearly written in the advertisement.
Secondary, we didn't get the breakfast like it's described in the advertisement, so it was only the Bed, without the Breakfast.. :)
The fridge was also not available to us..
With the price of the room we were expecting much more..... We would not come to this room again.
this is not my tax but a city tax and you pay this in all art city (barcellona parigi londra roma venezia ect ect)advise not say i will pay tax next day and you get away whit out pay..sorry but is not correct also for breakfast..this feedbeck is not correct
np..next time .. remember not to leave your underwear in the bathroom .. you do not live only
My girlfriend and I had a really great stay in Rome! Upon check-in, Daniele gave us a great overview of the city and its sites. He also invited us to accompany him out and we proceeded to receive a great unofficial tour of Rome at night! It was definitely a highlight of our trip.
Our room itself was big and spacious, and very clean. The bathrooms were very clean as well, and sharing with other guests was never really an issue. The location of the place is great too- We pretty much walked everywhere except for the Vatican. Overall, a great experience!
The RomeArt B&B was a lovely place to stay. Our host was very friendly and provided lots of useful information about Rome. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable and the location is very convenient for Termini station and the sights of Rome. I would definitely recommend staying here!!!
Great stay in Rome! Daniele was very helpful and have great tips (panella is amazing!) b&b is conveniently located and pretty. Good, clean rooms. Highly recommended!
Ci siamo trovati benissimo!
Colazione... pollice in giù: Daniele già avvisato!
Chiara (Italia) e Ricardo (Angola/Portogallo)
romeart it's very very well located!!!! it's close to all you need to see in rome if you like to walk.
very close to colosseo and 3 minutes from termini!
the place is clean and danielle was a great host , helped us out with tips and allways with a smile and joking.
i would go back to romeart.
the room is a bit warm in summer (i think i needed more than a water fun) , but despite this i would defintly go back.
The location of the house was perfect. It takes about five minutes from the Termini Train station. The room and the bathroom were clean. I can easily recommend this room.
Very accurate to what is shown in the pictures. The place is cleaned daily. The locations is good if you want to be close by the train station, however is next to what it feels to be the 'Chinatown' of Rome. Not all the hosts speak English and we were not lucky to meet the one that does so the communication was pretty basic. In summer, the room is really warm despite the ventilator given. Breakfast is given in the small cafeteria across the street and consists of a biscuit/croissant and coffee/milk/juice. Neighborhood quiet at night.
