Big and comfortable room, a 10-minute walk from the Colosseum and close to the metro station of Piazza Vittorio. The accommodation is ideal for those who want to visit Rome comfortably and at a good price.

Interaction with Guests

We are only a ten minutes walk away from the historic center and its monuments. The area is also a paradise for gourmets, thanks to many places, often very popular (Panella, Vecchia Roma, Fassi, Regoli): from Italian to ethnic cuisine, from pastries to ice cream, there's something for everyone's tastes.
Thanks to its location between the Manzoni and Vittorio Emanuele metro stations , and the proximity of the Termini railway station, is very easy to get to the apartment and go sightseeing.
For guests arriving by car, in the area there are several private parking.
Other Things to Note
Breakfast is included in the price and is served at the restaurant Romantica, 20 metres away from the structure. We clean the rooms and common areas every day.

Excellent host, did everything he could to make us feel welcome and went out of his way to help us with what we needed. Ten minute walk to Colosseum. Highly recommended.
Is a good option to stay in the centre of Rome. Walking distance to the Coliseum.
The rooms where clean and tidy. So was the bathroom. Second day we had an en-suite bedroom which was much more comfortable.
Breakfast is included. That's nice.
We stayed at RomeartBB for one night - just wanted to spend one day in Rome on our trip back from vacation. The place is what we expected - it is not too big, but it has private bath, it is clean. The host - Simone - was very nice, he met us on arrival, helped with the luggage and showed us around.
The location is good - in walking distance from Roma Termini (with light luggage) and close to Coliseum, as advertised. I would recommend this place, especially for a short to medium stay.
Simone was an excellent host for us in Rome! He helped us with our luggage and gave us a very detailed map with personalized walking directions.
We had a cleaning lady each night which was nice. We shared a bathroom with 2 other rooms. It would have been nicer to share the bathroom with less people.
He was also able to book us a private ride to the airport at 5 in the morning last minute which was really nice.
Simone lived in the room across which was very convenient.
The free breakfast was at a restaurant which was nice.
This neighborhood is more on the outskirts from downtown, so if you want to be at the heart of the city you may want to find something closer. However, for us, it wasn't a problem. The metro is really close-by and bus was easily available.
Loved romeart. I have 2 priorities-
Cleanliness and safety. I felt like everything everyday was clean and I felt safe. I recommend romeart to all people!
This was not a place we enjoyed. The room was not well maintained and had a slightly shady feel to it. Definitely not what we expected from the picture. The area, too, felt odd and we were quite uncomfortable while walking out for dinner. There was no lift, which added to our woes, even with the relatively small bags we carried. We were quite glad that we only stayed there for a night.
And honestly, it is not walkable from Termini, especially with luggage. We took the metro from Vittorio Immanuel and then changed at Termini for the airport. Some might say that you need to pay more to get a better place in Rome, especially in the tourist season, but we stayed at a comparatively priced place a few blocks to the north of Termini that was a much better experience.
The only good part about the place was the host - Francesco. He was very jovial and welcoming, and even carried my bag up the stairs, which I thought was a sweet gesture.
Très bien accueillis et appartement bien situé : proche Colisée et proche metro.
