Featuring a spacious kitchen overlooking a private jacuzzi bar & two open air courtyards. A gorgeous fully stocked half open air kitchen with fridge, oven/cooktop & unlimited filtered water.
The villas semi open kitchen leads to two bedrooms on opposite sides of the villa, each with private bathrooms, a small desk/office space equipped with internet as well as closet area.
The bedrooms also feature aircon units to keep you cool during the Caribbean days.
Open up the bedrooms huge sliding doors to step onto your open aired inner courtyard. Perfect for those wanting to get cosy under the stars or laze in the hammock.
The space also features an outdoor shower overlooking the lush garden & front courtyard.
The perfect space to stretch out & practice yoga or wind down at the end of your days exploring the beaches!
The apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples or families wishing to retreat in paradise. Please note it is close to several other villas which are also on an Airbnb rental. You are able to book all spaces upon request.

This apartment is 100% non-smoking (Inside). If you wish to smoke please use the outdoor areas & be careful not to dispose of rubbish in garden areas.
Visitors Policy:
For the security of all staying at NECTAR, all guests must be registered. The reservation is for total number of guests – max is 4. Exceeding agreed-upon guest reservation is cause for cancellation. Visitors are not allowed unless pre-approved 48 hours prior to arrivals by Kira or Carlos.
Noise Policy:
Please enjoy your stay however be conscious that we are a boutique villa concept with guests in other villas therefore request noise to be kept to a minimum before 8am and after 10pm

By making the reservation deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to the Booking Terms, Conditions and Policies on this page.
Any reservation deposit may be fully refunded within the 24 hours of the reservation without penalty – regardless of reservation date. After the 24 hours, the Cancellation Policy below will go into effect.
Reservation Deposit: To secure your reservation we typically request a 50% deposit unless noted otherwise. Upon your inquiry, reservations will be held up to 2 days pending receipt of deposit. If we have not received payment or any communication within that time, TROPICAL LIVING may consider your reservation cancelled and the dates will be available for other guests.
TROPICAL LIVING accepts Pay.pal, , Wire Transfers and Cash for payment. Within Costa Rica, we recommend money transfers using BNCR, You will need to authorize a payment of 50% of the total anticipated rental charges. Once the signed agreement is received and the payment is registered on our account, you will receive confirmation via email.
Remaining Balance: The balance payment is due at least 3 days prior to check in. If balance is not paid on time, your reservation will be cancelled. We will not accept any check-ins unless the balance
We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if the balance(s) is not paid on time.
Sales Tax: While you may find other properties not represented by us that do not charge the mandatory 13% sales tax, it is a requirement by law to do so on all reservations. Any sales tax collected by our agency on behalf of a rental property is reported and sent to the Costa Rican Finance Ministry.
Cancelation
If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation, we charge a $50 cancellation fee. We will refund the balance of your deposit, and any banking fees, within 2 weeks of your request.
If you cancel within 30 days of your reservation date or no-show, we will refund 50% of your total balance. Should you arrive and not stay the length of your reservation, no refund is available.
Check in / Check out
Check in time between 2:00 pm and 8:00 on Monday through Sunday
Scheduled and prearranged check - ins after 8:00 pm will incur a $20 additional fee
Cleaning services
A maid service visit is provided once prior and during your stay approximately every 7 days, and after your stay.
. We ask that you leave the property in a clean condition to include the following: all trash removed, all dishes washed, all doors and windows closed and locked and all air conditioners off.
Utilities and Services
Electricity, plumbed water, and cable/satellite TV (if available) and internet (if available) service are included on the rental rate. From time to time, the electricity, internet, cable/satellite TV, water or other services may be turned off temporarily by the Costa Rican authorities or due to unforeseen events. Please note that the Property Management Company has no control over these situations and accepts no liability for loss of food due to power failures. No refunds will be given as a result of power and water failures.
Every unit comes with at least two 5 gallon drinking water bottles. Should additional water be needed, we charge a fee for each additional bottle used
Pets
Pets are not allowed without express written permission. Violation is grounds for immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refunds
Noise and Neighbors
Keep noise and music to a reasonable level at all times. There is a quiet policy inside the properties after 10:00PM. Please be respectful of your surrounding neighbors. Excessive loud noise levels that disturb adjacent neighbors after repeated warnings may result in expulsion of the property with no refunds.
