Other things to note
MOST IMPORTANT OF ALL:
The apartment has a cat, her name is Mocha and she is a great roommate. She is both an indoor and outdoor cat. But prefers to stay indoors at night. If you where to stay longer than 2 days you would be required to fill her food bowl and ensure she has water. But that is pretty much it. I have kept the price of my apartment low with the understanding that guests would need to look after the cat.
