This apartment is self contained and fully equipped including bedding, linen and towels.
The kitchen is fully equipped with hob and oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster and kettle. Utensils, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, glassware and a coffee machine are provided for your use.
There is one bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and there is a sofa in the lounge that converts to a bed that will sleep one extra person.
There is a large flat screen tv with dvd player and surround sound.
Great location, only 6km from Perth CBD, 200 metres to train station and two minutes walk away from a cosmopolitan array of shops and services.
The neighbourhood is cosmopolitan - a bevvy of interesting and eclectic eateries and specialty shops are within walking distance as is the local post office, bank, supermarket and public library.
This is a non smoking apartment and our minimum stay term is fourteen nights.
If you are looking for somewhere affordable that is very close to the City of Perth and a great base from which to explore Perth, you need look no further.

While we have a house keeper come between guests, we ask that upon departure you undertake the following:
wash, dry and put away all dishes; ensure stove, refrigerator, microwave and oven are clean, strip beds used during your stay and place linen in the shower recess; empty rubbish bins and remove your rubbish from the apartment; turn of lights, electrical appliances; close curtains and blinds; lock the door and leave the keys in the lock box.
