It is tastefully appointed with soft wool rugs under foot, a cozy queen size stearns & foster pillow top mattress, high thread count sheets and down comforter.

Across the foyer is a private full bath with tub and shower, as well as an area to prepare light meals.
This "modified kitchen" is equipped with a small fridge, freezer, toaster oven, 2 burner hot plate, blender, electric teapot and sink. There are essential kitchen items provided.

You can enjoy a peaceful breakfast before heading out adventuring for the day, as well as take-out at night while relaxing with a glass of wine.
There is also a washer and dryer in this room for your convenience. For longer term stays, I respectfully request to retain use of the washer and dryer with mutually agreed parameters.

Really enjoyed our stay with Kellie in Mill Valley. The place was well stocked, very clean and she even left us supplies to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. The bed was also very comfortable! Thanks Kellie!
Kellie was a gracious host and was very helpful with directions getting to her place and was very hospitable upon my arrival.
Her place is clean, quite and surrounded by beautiful redwoods. It is an easy and beautiful walk downtown. Would definitely stay there again. Thanks Kellie!
Kellie is a wonderful host. Helpful and friendly. The place was beautiful and spotless. We enjoyed sitting on the front lawn every morning while bathing in sunlight. Redwoods all around adds a hint of mystery and wonder.
Kellie's apartment was lovely - she provided many thoughtful details, including nice shampoos, excellent kitchen appliances with helpful foods (i.e. condiments, eggs, bread). The bed was very comfortable and the apartment was lovely and quiet.
Kellie was kind enough to accept a last minute booking at her lovely garden suite for my friend who traveled across the country to stay there. The suite was beyond our expectations - beautiful, quiet, well appointed, and with everything one could need for a quiet, peaceful retreat with no need to leave. Kellie was a pleasure as host as well. I give both her and the Garden Suite the highest possible recommendation, and hope I can stay there again sometime soon!
What an experience! On a recent business trip to San Francisco we decided, last minute, to stay over the Golden Gate Bridge, see a bit of Marin County and commute. It was our best decision. Kellie responded within minutes and within the hour we were settling in to this magical place.
Kellie texted directions and we easily found this lovely spot nestled in the redwoods. It was dark when we arrived and Kellie welcomed us; familiarized us with lights, locks, dinner suggestions, directions for walking or driving to town and was most gracious.
Kellie is an impeccable host, informative, a text away, yet very discreet and private. Her warmth shows in all the lovely touches like fresh lilies that scented the rooms exquisitely and thoughtful extras like a selection of organic hair and bath products, thick towels in the bathroom and a stocked kitchen with organic eggs, coffee, cream, butter and a fresh loaf of multigrain bread.
We went into town for dinner (minutes away) but opted to pick up some wonderful organic produce at the market and come back to this charming sanctuary to enjoy the peace and dinner in. We couldn't wait for morning to see our surroundings. We stood in the circle of the towering redwoods out back and were entranced. I opted to stay and write while my mate went into the city. Instead of working on my book, I found myself writing about this very special place. I loved writing at the kitchen table where the view into the garden is sublime and inspirational.
The bed-sitting room is cozy and tranquil and we had the best night's sleep. The bed was comfy with lovely linens and down duvet. While there are other tenants in the villa, it is quiet and surrounding houses are unseen through the trees. Even in the cool weather of January the various trees are lush and the orange, lemons and clementines ripening on the branches. On our last evening we were greeted on the driveway at dusk by two young deer.
The Internet was strong and fast. However due to the forested hills, our T-Mobile cell phone signal was not good. Texting was okay but at moments spotty. We used (website hidden) for calls.
The town of Mill Valley deserves more attention than we were able to give it this trip, but we will look forward to our return and the great hospitality of Kellie.
Kellie's place was lovely and I'm sorry I only got to see it at night due to my schedule. She made the check in process very easy and location was great - close to downtown Mill Valley yet set back in the canyon and very quiet.
Kellie's space is magical and unique as a historical residence in the area. It appealed to me because it was close to downtown Mill Valley and yet seemed remote. It was! Small deer come up to the property at dawn and dusk, and for a city dweller, are fun to see.
I was able to paint with no interruption, sitting on a chair in the charming garden with tiny pond in front of my 'flat'. Wind chimes tinkling softly added to the ambience.
I had the entire downstairs, completely soundproofed from the other upstairs inhabitants. Kellie was a gracious host, she left breakfast items, all organic and including basics like sea salt and good pepper, balsamic vinegar & olive oil - along with some of the best coffee I've had during both trips to and a past life in the Bay area.
I'd highly recommend her space and hope to return!
Kellie is the best! Her home is a really special place. Te property is quiet and beautiful. The garden apartment has everything you need -- including the necessities to make a yummy breakfast. Kellie is really easy to get a hold of and kept making sure that i had everything I needed. I would definitely stay there again and recommend this place 100%!
Kellie was great, the space was amazing and the communication above the board. Highly recommended to all.
