The studio is located on the 6th floor which is the top floor of an old industrial building in downtown New York City. With rare high 11.5 ft. ceilings, bright western exposure, oversized window with expansive views. You can watch the clouds roll in from the west and view the construction of the new Freedom Tower. A rare view in NYC.

Although this is a fairly laid back building, there are other apartments below and on either side. So please mind the neighbors.
Please no smoking.
I realize most people like to go to the roof. Unfortunately, My landlord doesn't provide roof access. There is an obnoxious alarm that goes off when you reach the top landing.
I have an HD TV, with satellite, you have access to Show Time, HBO, Starz and Cinemax, amoung many other channels. You have the ability to rent movies also, but please charge it to your own credit card, not to my account.
Thanks in advance!
Thank you! We loved our stay here and your the place is so cosy and homely. Hopefully we'll be back soon. Thanks again x
I had an mazing stay the apartment is super cute and very well located. I wih to be back next time i will be in NY thank you Patricia for having me.
We stayed in Patty's apartment for a week over my 25th birthday.
We arrived while Patty was at work, and were able to pick up the keys easily from the bakery downstairs. Patty had also given us easy instructions of how to get to the apartment from the airport which was incredibly useful.
The apartment is beautiful and exactly as described. It was also wonderfully warm inside while it snowed outside.
The apartment is in the perfect location for getting out and doing things in New York. Patty gave great advice on things to do locally and good places to eat. Following this I had the best dumplings I've ever tasted!
I couldn't fault our experience - and even when threatened with a snow blizzard, Patty offered us the apartment for another night if our flight was cancelled.
Lovely host and lovely apartment - we had a great time and would definitely stay again when we're next in New York.
Great stay in NYC and lovely arty apartment in Chinatown - we loved the view and access to Chinatown, Little Italy, NOHO and the discount shops along Broadway. Patty is just down the hall if you need her. Check-in no problems.
Patty's place was fine. Although it isn't 100% accurately represented by the provided photos (renovations I assume), we found the apartment to be warm, well located and with great views and natural lighting.
Patty was also always available down the hall if needed, even though she never bothered us.
We stayed in this apartment for three weeks and we absolutely adored it. It was spacious for three people and had everything we needed. The apartment has a lovely view of the city and is close to multiple subway stops, buses, shops, bars, restaurants, everything you need! Patricia was a great host, helping us with picking up packages and was very helpful when we accidentally left our keys inside. Would highly recommend this apartment, will definitely consider staying here again when we someday come back to New York City. Thanks Patricia, we had a great time.
I have been an Airbnb host for four years and it has been a very warming and rewarding experience for me. I was born and raised in New York, it is where I work and where I chose to raise my two children. I sincerely love sharing its brilliance with others.
