Please no smoking.
I realize most people like to go to the roof. Unfortunately, My landlord doesn't provide roof access. There is an obnoxious alarm that goes off when you reach the top landing.
I have an HD TV, with satellite, you have access to Show Time, HBO, Starz and Cinemax, amoung many other channels. You have the ability to rent movies also, but please charge it to your own credit card, not to my account.

Our time at Patty's apartment was great, it was the perfect base for us to explore NY, and had all the amenities needed (and more) I bought towels, an iron etc with me and none of it was needed. Our flight was delayed and Patty stayed up late to meet us, she was extremely helpful. We'd stay here again, oh and the view of the new World Trade Centre is beautiful! If you like a little eccentricity, and don't mind staying somewhere that's artfully rough around the edges, this is a good bet for you.
After us Patricia had described exactly everything there was to arrive no problem with the Airtrain or Metro in Chinatown. Thus, we were able to save the taxi fare. We were warmly welcomed by Patricia, and you gave us the same valuable tips where you can best shopping, bars and restaurants etc ... The apartment was nothing to be desired, it was very cozy and clean, everything we to live and feel needed was available. The apartment is located in a very lively district, it was fine to get to know the time, we were able to sleep soundly anyway. All in all, we would always hire the apartment again. Many thanks to Patricia.
Patricia was very flexible and accommodating upon the several delays of our arrival. She assured us that it would not be a problem and to have a safe travel to get there. She also checked in with us upon arrival to insure we had everything we needed. Upon departure she helped set up a car service to get to the airport which was extremely helpful for our early flight. She went above and beyond! We highly recommend renting from her.
We had an amazing stay in Patty's apartment. The space is so cool and in the perfect area. Easy to get to all the different areas and fantastic on an evening with plenty of arty bars and different restaurants. We will definitely stay here next time- we are already planning our next trip!
We spent two weeks in New York and were very pleased with the apartment. It is nice and bright, it has lots of character and the view from the window is spectacular. Patty was very welcoming and immediately offered to change the couch into a double bed as the loft access was a bit difficult for me. It’s like she states in her description: we felt totally private, but she was there to call us a taxi back to the airport and she immediately contacted us about an iPad we accidentaly left behind. Thanks for having us, Patty. We had a great time in NYC and we will definitely recommend you to our friends and family.
About the Host, Patricia
I have been an Airbnb host for four years and it has been a very warming and rewarding experience for me. I was born and raised in New York, it is where I work and where I chose to raise my two children. I sincerely love sharing its brilliance with others.
