Adorable Tina offers guests the best of both worlds. She is located in the serene, picturesque countryside but the center of quaint Dolores is just a 3 minute drive away. She offers your own private dwelling with all the amenities you need, but our house is nearby, should you have any questions. While staying in Tina, you can enjoy a sky full of stars and fresh mountain air with access to the great outdoors right out your door.
The space
Tina is indeed a TINY home, boasting 130 square feet of cozy, environmentally-friendly living. She is beautifully constructed with beetle kill wood and windows on all sides. The main floor has a full bath (with compost toilet), kitchen, and sitting area with a folding table. A small space heater is tucked under the bench and nicely warms the entire house. You are also welcome to use the tiny wood stove for comfort and ambiance. A steep staircase leads to the loft bedroom equipped with a delicious memory foam queen mattress, fluffy duvet, and smart TV. Outside is a patio with Adirondack chairs and a fire pan upon request.
Guest access
There is a large, designated parking area behind Tina, providing easy access for loading and unloading. Guests are welcome to enjoy the private patio and open space on the south side of the tiny home.
Other things to note
This is an incredibly safe place to stay. Nobody comes up our driveway except friends and the UPS truck!
