This home is in a scenic location.
This updated and industrial designed glass house has all the modern amenities you’ll need to enjoy your beach stay. A private pool/hot tub available for your exclusive use on the second floor boasts a resplendent view of the sea alongside a seating area where you can enjoy a glass of wine or use the high speed wifi for your work from home needs. A fully equipped kitchen is available on the same floor for you to make delicious meals while enjoying your family’s company at the same time.

The space
IMPORTANT TO NOTE:

This place is designed in such a way as the first and second floor are to be used by guests and the third floor for the exclusive use of the owners. That being said, guests are free to use the first and second floor of this house during their stay. The third floor is strictly OFF LIMITS as that’s the living space of the owners who come and go and they please. They will give the guests space and privacy during their stay and they expect the same when they are in the house.

Please bring your own towels as the house only offers four (4) towels for your stay.

Guest access
Guests can access the first and second floor of this house and are asked to please keep out of the basement area and third floor. If the guests want to use the pool they will need to contact our live in caretakers who live in the basement. Please do not attempt to use the pool without her help in turning it on.

Other things to note
The caretakers live in the basement area of the house but have their own duties so please limit your inquiries to them to important concerns only.

The province of Batangas has very unreliable power and water providers. There may be a chance, especially during peak months, that you will experience power or water interruptions. Please note that this is beyond our control and that we provide the necessary backups (generator and stock water supply), if needed.

By finalizing your booking it’s understood that you have read, understood, and agree to the house rules and security measures in place.

Neighborhood highlights

This is located in a private and exclusive area that has its own security. Guests are free to use the beach access within the area which is a 2 minute drive away or a 15 minute walk away. Guests are not allowed to use the village pool as that is reserved for residents only.

This house is a five minute drive away from the main town should you wish to go out for groceries or eat out.
