The space
This unit had been completely newly remodeled including (LVP) luxury vinyl plank flooring and freshly painted throughout the entire space, bathroom with a new vanity and walk-in shower including fixtures and wall heater. New kitchen cabinets granite countertops and new appliances including fixtures and a toe kick heater. Even the laundry/utility room has been remodeled with a new tankless water heater, whole house water filters new commercial washer/dryer and wall heater.
We have also installed a brand new mini split ductless heating/air conditioning system with inside air handlers located 1-living room, 1-kitchen, 1-master bedroom and 1-guest bedroom.

Guest access
You will have access to all of inside SunnyViews known as unit #B / unit #Right including front/back patios.

You will also have access/use of SunnyViews shared common areas including driveway/parking except any designated parking spaces. Front/back yards including shared areas/amenities such as clotheslines for hanging and drying clothes, fire pit area for relaxing, gazing at the stars, telling stories etc.

No access inside SunnyViews known as unit #A / unit #Left including front/back patios to unit.

No access inside garage/storage building.

Other things to note
The smart television is connected to a local antenna which picks up several local broadcasting channels. P.S. bring your Ruku or Fire stick if you would like.
