This home is in a scenic location.
Enjoy this spacious waterfront home with breath taking views of the St. Lawrence River. With a huge yard, three docks, and a firepit, this farmhouse has everything you need for a peaceful stay on the river. Bring the whole family, because this 5 bedroom farmhouse has room for everyone. There are 2 other units available on the property which make this the perfect place for a family reunion!

In addition to the 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this house has a lot of open space: a large eat in kitchen, dining room, living room and a special river room to sit and take in the views. In the large yard, tables, chairs, grill and firepit await you. Bring your boat and dock it here; the public boat launch is two minutes down the road in Cape Vincent. We have room for your trailer and extra vehicles.

Hi, absolutely love the river I think it’s a magical place and I feel I’m so fortunate to Live here watching the big ships go and looking out at that Beautiful River never gets old . I am a high energy person always on the move and I love my friends and family . I also love to explore new places and I so enjoy trail riding . I always look forward meeting new guests and welcoming families back year after year
