The space
Survey the Nashville skyline from your furnished rooftop terrace! This newly built retreat is part of Lyric, an exclusive East Nashville townhome community. You’ll love the all-suite layout and high-end finishes such as six smart TVs and a designer kitchen.

On the entry level, you’ll find the first of four stylish suites as well as an exercise/yoga room for maintaining your wellness routine.

The social heart of the home, the second floor presents an open common area perfect for entertaining. Whip up delicious dishes in the sparkling full kitchen, configured with stainless steel appliances and ample stone counter space. Inspired by Dolly Parton, a huge custom mural is ready for some picture taking. The second suite can also be found on this level.

Ensuring comfort and convenience for the whole group, the third floor provides two more cozy suites. Extras include central AC, a private washer/dryer, and free WiFi.
