The spacious bathroom features a claw foot tub and pedestal sink stocked with fresh white towels for your stay. The fully equipped kitchen offers refrigerator, range, dishes, glassware, silverware, a few pans, blender, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. A stackable washer/dryer is available for your longer stays. In the winter you’ll have a slight view of downtown Austin.
Other than the occasional dog barking, it's actually very quiet and secluded in the middle of all the fun. Most mornings you’ll wake up to birds singing and roosters crowing. Coffee on the covered deck is delightful and perfect for people watching.
This location is ten blocks away from downtown and a little more quiet. UT Austin is less than three miles away and the Austin Convention Center is less than one and a half miles away. The bus stop is two blocks away at Holly Street and Chicon. Move south and you will find the hike and bike trail that will lead you to all sorts of adventures. Move north and you will find the vibrant East 6th Street bar and restaurant scene. Just one block away you will find the best healthy Mexican food money can buy at Mr. Natural’s and specialty cocktails at Weather Up. There is also a corner store nearby.

1.CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 4PM CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11AM CST. No early check in without owners’ permission. We will generally leave the key in a combo box at the property. Check out time is firm unless permission is specifically given for an alternate time.
2.This is a NON SMOKING home. Smoking is permitted outside. No pets are permitted without permission from owners.
4.DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A damage/reservation deposit of $100. This must be received at the time of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully
refundable within five (5) days of departure, provided the following provisions
No damage is done to home or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
b.All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in outside trash bin, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
c.All keys are returned to combo box.
d.All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
No linens are lost or damaged.
No early check-in or late check-out without permission.
g.The renter is not evicted by the owner or the local law enforcement
5.MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests for this home is limited to four (4) persons.
6.INCLUSIVE FEES - Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup.
NO DAILY MAID SERVICE - While linens and bath towels are included in the home, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the home.
8.RATE CHANGES - Rates subject to change without notice.
9.FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS - Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental
money, and the party will not be permitted to check-in.
10.WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS - Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.
11.ADDITIONAL GUESTS – No additional guests without permission of owner. If approved, there would be an additional charge of $25 per guest.
12.GATHERINGS – Gatherings of more than 8 people are not permitted.
13.NEIGHBOR COMPLAINTS – After one complaint from a neighbor, guests will be given a warning. The second complaint will require you to vacate the property. Any complaint involving a 911 call will require you to vacate the property. No refunds will be given.
14. PARKING - Park on property at your own risk. Owners are not responsible for damage to vehicles.
