Welome To My Waterfront Paradise Home
This rambling artists home situated in the Waitakere bush on the edge of the Manukau Harbour.
Surrounded by an abundance of beauty and beautiful light, my home is spacious and features a large open area downstairs all with the most stunning views. There are lots of windows available to soak in these views.
Featuring in numerous magazines around the world, this house has become popular for its unique character and as an oversized bach full of character and art.
The bathrooms and kitchen are just what you need to be comfortable - no designer elements at all, and the lawn is usually overgrown filled with wild flowers and butterflies.
Located just a 25 minute drive to Auckland centre (non peak hour traffic), there is a train from New Lynn and a bus stop next to the house.
Just up the road is Titirangi village a very quaint and lovely village with cafes, groceries, petrol, wine and art gallery etc.
We are also close to all Westcoast beaches like Piha and Karekare ... closest is cornwallis and some of the worlds best walking tracks.
If you are after something unfussy and beautiful, with lots of nature and character this is the place for you!
I am away on an Artist residency and so my home is available for 1 to 2 years.
A glass conservatory attached to the kitchen with constatina doors onto a courtyard. Dining with lounge and 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs .. a large studio with two rooms all glass with laundry and toilet. Close to Rudolph Steiner School. An outdoor dining area with sea views. This house is located right next to a bush reserve and there is a track through the reserve that leads onto a tranquil beach.
Semi furnished with Art and sculpture in the garden and house.
This is a native bird sanctuary and cats are not allowed unless they are old and unlikely to hunt birds. Wifi is available in this area.
Respect the house and love the house and leave the house in the same condition you found it. No Smoking inside. No cats this is a native bird sanctuary. I would love someone who enjoys gardening to live here. Apart from that I respect peoples freedom and rely on goodwill.
We had a wondefrul stay at Tracey's house. The most fantastic view of the water and friendly and welcoming. It was clean and neat and Tracey's partner was a wonderful host. Felt like home.
This home is beautiful and it was a pleasure to visit so peaceful and relaxing and the veiws are spectacular.
