Top floor 2 bed 1 bath unit conveniently located on a quiet side street next to shops, restaurants and a bus station, all within 100 meters. This 85m2 apartment comes with a private garage on the ground level which our guests highly appreciate.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed 160cm wide and one with a double bed 140 cm wide), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private garage on the ground level next to the entrance.
The apartment faces east and west with balconies and lots of windows on both sides of the apartment which makes the interior very light. On the east side, it overlooks the mayor's office and a park with a play ground for children and it also offers views of the Var valley. On the west side, the apartment overlooks a one way street and neighboring buildings.
The rent includes bed linens, towels, parking in a private garage and wifi access.
A private garage is available for our Guests. The garage is located on the ground level next to the entrance.
Interaction with Guests
I am available at all times on my email or my phone for any questions you might have on the day of arrival and I am also available for any support you might need during your stay.
Apartment is situated in the center of St Laurent du Var, a smaller town just outside of Nice.
The neighborhood is "local" with few tourists though tourist areas and the sea are just a couple of kilometers away. The town is busy during day time and calm during night time. The building is located on a one way street just off the main avenue that goes through St Laurent du Var.
There are several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, butchers and other type of shops and restaurants within 100 meters of the apartment which is practical since just about everything you will need during your stay can be found here.
The Cap 3000 shopping mall, beaches, Nice Airport and the train station (with frequent trains to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco) are within 3 kilometers from the apartment and downtown Nice is about 10 kilometers away.
A quick and easy A8 highway access is appreciated since you will most likely drive on the A8 highway when visiting the region. A bus stop with direct lines to Nice can be found around the corner on the main avenue.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
With respect to our neighbors we ask our guests to please be quiet especially during night time.
We love animals but no animals are accepted in this apartment for allergy reasons.
Please no smoking inside the apartment but smoking outside on the balcony is allowed.

I expected to meet the host personally. However, we communicated only via messages and email. Descriptions in listings are accurate and neighbourhood are very friendly. They informed us the fresh water suspension well in advance though they spoke very little English.
Although we did not met Mark, he has arranged a very nice person Ms Sabine to meet us. His house is clean, spacious and with a private car park area. We stay there for 4 nights while we visited Cote D'Azure, the surrounding is nice and quiet. With mini market, restaurant and other shops nearby. Overall is a good place to stay.
Marks place is just perfect us four of us. The flat is big with a living room, dining room two bedrooms and a kitchen. The flat is clean and comfortable we had very nice time. The only thing is that there's no elevator and it's at 4th floor.
Mark was a great host, very responsive and helpful with all questions. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. It had a great view and was located near cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. The neighbor was safe and quiet. The main attraction of Nice were a short bus or train ride away. The would highly recommend this apartment to anyone.
Renting Mark's apartment was one of the most pleasant airbnb experiences I have had so far. The apartment is simply gorgeous, large, airy, tastefully furnished and well-equipped with everything you need. Travelling with a small child, we spent most evenings there and really enjoyed it. The air-conditioning came in very useful, since the nights were quite hot; having a garage to park the car was great too. Communication with Mark and his friend Sabine (who handed over the keys) went extremely well, with Mark answering questions via text even late at night. Shops are just around the corner, so you don't even need a car for buying groceries. Generally, Saint-Laurent is an excellent starting point for day trips, be it to Monaco, Grasse, Cannes or our favourite beach at Beaulieu. We had a great time and whole-heartedly recommend Mark's lovely apartment! Thanks again for a marvellous week!
Verkehrsgünstig gelegen, sicherer Parkplatz (Garage). Die Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht; verlässlicher Vermieter, freundlicher Empfang, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet.
