Top floor 2 bed 1 bath unit conveniently located on a quiet side street next to shops, restaurants and a bus station, all within 100 meters. This 85m2 apartment comes with a private garage on the ground level which our guests highly appreciate.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed 160cm wide and one with a double bed 140 cm wide), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private garage on the ground level next to the entrance.
The apartment faces east and west with balconies and lots of windows on both sides of the apartment which makes the interior very light. On the east side, it overlooks the mayor's office and a park with a play ground for children and it also offers views of the Var valley. On the west side, the apartment overlooks a one way street and neighboring buildings.
The rent includes bed linens, towels, parking in a private garage and wifi access.
A private garage is available for our Guests. The garage is located on the ground level next to the entrance.

I am available at all times on my email or my phone for any questions you might have on the day of arrival and I am also available for any support you might need during your stay.
Apartment is situated in the center of St Laurent du Var, a smaller town just outside of Nice.
The neighborhood is "local" with few tourists though tourist areas and the sea are just a couple of kilometers away. The town is busy during day time and calm during night time. The building is located on a one way street just off the main avenue that goes through St Laurent du Var.
There are several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, butchers and other type of shops and restaurants within 100 meters of the apartment which is practical since just about everything you will need during your stay can be found here.
The Cap 3000 shopping mall, beaches, Nice Airport and the train station (with frequent trains to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco) are within 3 kilometers from the apartment and downtown Nice is about 10 kilometers away.
A quick and easy A8 highway access is appreciated since you will most likely drive on the A8 highway when visiting the region. A bus stop with direct lines to Nice can be found around the corner on the main avenue.
Other Things to Note
The apartment is on the 4th floor and there is no elevator in the building.
With respect to our neighbors we ask our guests to please be quiet especially during night time.
Please note that it is strictly forbidden to use our internet connection to download or share any copyrighted content/files. A guest did so recently and we received a warning from the French audiovisual authorities (Hadopi).
We love animals but no animals are accepted in this apartment for allergy reasons.
Please no smoking inside the apartment but smoking outside on the balcony is allowed.
Three G's -- GREAT apartment, GREAT Host, GREAT area..... The apartment is large and gives much more than advertised. The views are great and double glazing makes the apartment quiet and cool with A/C units in each room. The large garage for our rental car was a real bonus. Our Host, Mark was very attentive and offered advice and assistance where needed. The area of the unit was fantastic with supermarket, fruit and veg shop, hot bread patisary and many restaurants within 5 mins walk. Bus stop 3 mins walk with fare €1.50. Number 52 bus goes into Nice via airport. This is a fabulous apartment for short or long stay and we heartily recommend it.
Very comfortable, cozy and clean apartment with air conditioner in every room. Good equipped all you need. Private garage, good bus connection to Nice. Only 20 min walking to sea. Very quite area. Mark is attentive and great host. Higly recommend this apartment.
We also had a fantastic stay at Marks Apartment. It's even better than on the photos. Everything was clean and well organized. The private garage is a great accompaniment to this experience. We highly recommend staying here. It was perhaps the best rental we have ever stayed in with Airbnb!

Superbe appartement en face de l'hôtel de ville, Mark est serviable et sympathique. Nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise grâce à son accueil chaleureux. Les commerces tous à proximité. L'appartement très propre, bien équipé et calme. Tout était parfait pour notre petite famille. A bientôt donc!!
Le quartier est vraiment très calme et plaisant, beaucoup de commerce à proximité et le bord de mer et la plage ne sont pas très loin en voiture (5mn). La vue du balcon coté Est donne un magnifique panorama sur les hauteurs de la ville de Nice surtout la nuit. Mark a été très accueillant on se sent très vite chez soi. L'appartement est très spacieux et vraiment très bien équipé. Je recommande les le bords de mer la nuit pendant la période estivale. Nice et Monaco ne sont vraiment pas loin si vous avez une voiture, il faut profité de la route nationale sur la cote pour s'y rendre car les paysages sont splendides.
