Top floor 2 bed 1 bath unit conveniently located on a quiet side street next to shops, restaurants and a bus station, all within 100 meters. This 85m2 apartment comes with a private garage on the ground level which our guests highly appreciate.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed 160cm wide and one with a double bed 140 cm wide), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private garage on the ground level next to the entrance.
The apartment faces east and west with balconies and lots of windows on both sides of the apartment which makes the interior very light. On the east side, it overlooks the mayor's office and a park with play ground for children and it also offers views of the Var valley. On the west side, the apartment overlooks a one way street and neighboring buildings.
The rent includes bed linens, towels, parking in a private garage and wifi access.
A private garage is available for our Guests. The garage is located on the ground level next to the entrance.

I am available at all times on my email or my phone for any questions you might have on the day of arrival and I am also available for any support you might need during your stay.
Apartment is situated in the center of St Laurent du Var, a smaller town just outside of Nice.
The neighborhood is "local" with few tourists though tourist areas and the sea are just a couple of kilometers away. The town is busy during day time and calm during night time. The building is located on a one way street just off the main avenue that goes through St Laurent du Var.
There are several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, butchers and other type of shops and restaurants within 100 meters of the apartment which is practical since just about everything you will need during your stay can be found there.
The Cap 3000 shopping mall, beaches, Nice Airport and the train station (with frequent trains to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco) are within 3 kilometers from the apartment and downtown Nice is about 10 kilometers from the apartment.
A quick and easy A8 highway access is appreciated since you will most likely drive on the A8 highway when visiting the region. A bus stop with direct lines to Nice can be found around the corner on the main avenue.

There is no elevator in the building.

Nous avons été très bien accueillis lors de notre séjour. L'appartement été conforme à nos attentes, draps, serviettes et très propre. Il est spacieux et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous y retournerons sûrement.
Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, l'appartement est idéalement situé et Marc a le souci du détail, car il ne manque rien! L'appartement est très agréable et très bien entretenu, les commerces sont au pied de la résidence, et c'est un appartement très calme, le garage est un vrai plus, car les places sont chères dans le quartier!!
C'est un appartement que l'on conseille vivement si vous voulez visiter la côte d'azur, sans avoir les inconvénients de la circulation niçoise.

Le charme des années 50 , appart très propre, attention 4 ième sans ascenseur... mais l'appartement est grand et agréable.
The flat is really comfortable and clean. It's in the center of St.Laurent du Var and it's easy to get to Nice by car or bus! The beautiful small village St. Paul de Vence isn't far away, neither. The kitchen is quite modern and it's fun to cook there, because you have everything you need. :) And you won't have parking problems, because of the garage directly in front of the flat. Perfect stay!
nous avons recu une reponse tres rapide suite a notre demande et les informations fournies correspondaient en tout point a ce que nous avons decouvert.le suivi de notre arrivee et la presence sur le lieu de location ainsi que que le message d accueil du proprietaire temoigne d un grand respect pour ceux qui loue,nous qui venions de la region parisienne sommes arrives tres serein.compte tenu d eventuel deplacement a venir nous n hesiterons pas a renouveler une demande de location ,en attendant nous recommandons celle ci a de futur locataire
Mark is an amazing host only a text/email or phone call away. He was a very generous host and his apartment was even better than described on Airbnb. The apartment is very modern, spotless and very spacious and I could live there very comfortably for months on end. It was like a home from home for me and it had a beautiful ambiance. Mark's apartment is very tastefully decorated and it has every facility you could need e.g. washing machine, clothes dryer, air conditioning, large refrigerator, large TV with Freebox channels, DVD Player and WiFi to name a few. No matter what part of the apartment you were in there was always a balcony of one of the rooms. I will definitely return to this apartment. Everything is so close from supermarkets to large shopping centre Cap 3000 only 20 mins walk or a €1.50 bus ride away.
