Top floor 2 bed 1 bath unit conveniently located on a quiet side street next to shops, restaurants and a bus station, all within 100 meters. This 85m2 apartment comes with a private garage on the ground level which our guests highly appreciate.
The apartment has two bedrooms (one with a queen size bed 160cm wide and one with a double bed 140 cm wide), a living room, a dining room, a kitchen and a bathroom. It also has a private garage on the ground level next to the entrance.
The apartment faces east and west with balconies and lots of windows on both sides of the apartment which makes the interior very light. On the east side, it overlooks the mayor's office and a park with a play ground for children and it also offers views of the Var valley. On the west side, the apartment overlooks a one way street and neighboring buildings.
The rent includes bed linens, towels, parking in a private garage and wifi access.
A private garage is available for our Guests. The garage is located on the ground level next to the entrance.

I am available at all times on my email or my phone for any questions you might have on the day of arrival and I am also available for any support you might need during your stay.
Apartment is situated in the center of St Laurent du Var, a smaller town just outside of Nice.
The neighborhood is "local" with few tourists though tourist areas and the sea are just a couple of kilometers away. The town is busy during day time and calm during night time. The building is located on a one way street just off the main avenue that goes through St Laurent du Var.
There are several grocery stores, fruit and vegetable markets, bakeries, butchers and other type of shops and restaurants within 100 meters of the apartment which is practical since just about everything you will need during your stay can be found here.
The Cap 3000 shopping mall, beaches, Nice Airport and the train station (with frequent trains to Cannes, Antibes and Monaco) are within 3 kilometers from the apartment and downtown Nice is about 10 kilometers away.
A quick and easy A8 highway access is appreciated since you will most likely drive on the A8 highway when visiting the region. A bus stop with direct lines to Nice can be found around the corner on the main avenue.

There is no elevator in the building.
No animals accepted in the apartment

We stayed for 3 nights with our young daughters. We were warmly welcomed on our arrival by Sabine and communication was very easy.
I came by car and being able to park it in the private garage on the street was priceless.
The apartment is conveniently located, close to shops, restaurants and transportation while being quiet. The kitchen and bathroom are very well equipped. It is spacious and clean, with pleasant balconies and great views. And lots of great touches all around.

We arrived to Nice in the evening. Mark's friend greeted us and showed the apartment. There's private parking garage, which is important if you travel by car. The apartment is perfectly kept, large, very clean and bright (it can easily fit 4 people). The coolest thing is the view — it's so much better in reality. There's a bakery and supermarket nearby.
Прилетели вечером и нас встретила подруга Марка. Есть отдельный гараж, что очень важно, если вы на авто. Квартира в отличном состоянии, большая, очень чистая и светлая (подойдёт для четырёх). Самое крутое — шикарный вид из кухни и спальни. Рядом есть булочная, супермаркет и другие заведения. Отлично провели время.
Un accueil très sympathique, l'appartement est très propre et bien plus grand que ce que les photos peuvent montrer : très spacieux, deux chambres, salle de bain et toilettes séparés, deux salles de vie, une grande cuisine toute équipée et le must : 2 balcons !
Le propriétaire a prit de nos nouvelles pour être certain qu'on ne manque de rien, et le garage privé est très pratique (tous les parkings publiques sont payants). À proximité des petits commerces et à quelques minutes de la plage en voiture : le top du top.
Appartement très bien situé et très clair ! Nous avons pu apprécier le soleil le matin avec la superbe vue sur la mairie. De nombreux commerces accessibles à proximité. L'hôte est très agréable et disponible.
The apartment is very nice, clean, with a nice big kitchen and lots of space to chill out. We really enjoyed our 5 night stay!
The apartment is just off the main road that has restaurants, atms, small shops, bakeries, butchers, bus stops etc so you really have everything very close by! There is a bigger super market about 15min walk towards the station on the main street. There is quite big Spar about 100m from the apartment but it was under construction at the time we were there.
The train station is about 20min walk from the house and very easy walk as well.
From the airport it was only about 5min with taxi so very convenient.
We never met Mark but his friend Sabine came to let us in and showed us around. Mark always answered all the questions and emails quickly and made sure we enjoyed our stay.
