  • We spent one week in this flat, it is spacious with a beautifull view from the balcony and the terrace. I am sorry because Valentina is nice but I cannot help writing that the flat is not well maintained (ceiling of the veranda with a big hole, shower corner musty, damaged ceiling in the sleeping room etc...). The flat has a good "karma" because despite of all those things, we have appreciated a lot our stay in Napoli. The neighborhood fare from touristic areas is quiet, popular and pleasant.

  • The appartment is spacious en the roof terrace is large indeed. But it is also very basic and studentlike.
The smaller bedroom can get very hot at night, there is no airco or fan.
Situated on the top floor, there are a lot of stairs to climb with your luggage.
The La Sanita area is not an area where tourists stay, it is a folksy area with many scooters, laundry hanging in the streets and noisy street life. If you want to join all the other tourists, this is not for you. But if you want to experience the old Napoli way of life as shown in the neo-realistic movies made after the second world war, La Sanita is your place.
The appartment is on the backside of the building, so relatively (remember, you're in Naples) quiet.

  • Valentina's apartment has its own style and climate. As whole Naples, I think. Located in very lively neighbourhood, where you can get to know living in Naples. We rented a car to travel outside the city, but it was not the best idea. Traffic in city is a nightmare. We didn't met Valentina, but her friend provides us all the information. I encourage all to spend some time in Naples to see how different this place is. Valentina's place is highly recommended, located in the heart of the city

  • In a very central area, the flat is quiet and spacious and the terrace is so enjoyable especially after the sunset. Although I haven't met Valentina, her friend was very nice and helpful. She gave us various advices on Pizzerias and Trattorias in Naples. If you choose to stay at Valentina's place I strongly advice you to visit the Basilica of Santa Maria della Sanità and its memorable catacombs which are extremely close to flat.

  • It was a wonderful journey, we really enjoyed the breakfasts on the roof top and all the rest of the flat. We didn't met Valentina but a really nice friend of her gave us the key at our arrival, everything was simple. It would be a great pleasure to come back at Valentina's for our next trip in Napoli !

  • It was the best experience during my Naples stay. I did not have chance to see Valentina but she was fully helpful with all communication and indication of the house. I have Ilaria as a great flatmate. Without her i wouldn’t know better all the best of the house, also the wonderful specific area santità of naples. Over all the house is in great state, comfortable and very specious. I did not miss anything at all. Thank you Valentina & My Ilaria. I will be again soon in Naples (:

  • Rooftop deck is amazing! While I didn't meet Valentina, her roommate Illaria was very nice. There are more then 100 steps to get up to the apartment and no elevator, but once you are up there, the view of Mt. Vesuvius and the old city of Napoli is *stunning*. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very spacious.
From the airport I recommend taking the bus to the main train station (ask at the airport information desk, and buy your bus tickets at the convenience store in the airport before going out to the bus), then take a taxi from the main train station to the apartment. This is by far the easiest way to get there for not a lot of money.
If you decide to take the metro to the apartment from the main train station and you have heavy luggage, be aware that there are stairs to get out of the metro, and then 600 meters of cobblestone streets to the apartment. There are taxis waiting as soon as you get out of the metro as well, if you don't want to carry your luggage for the 600 meters of cobblestone streets.

  • The flat was a real great italian one with such a nice view from the terrace.
The location is (email hidden)ly and safe quarter with a great market and real napolitan life, 5' walk from the subway. The flat is calm as it's at the last level, we slept very well and enjoyed the city ! Notice that to acces to the flat you need to go upstairs more than 100 steps of a stair. The host was answering our email quickly and the roomate was kind; our second experience with Airbnb was great !
