Interaction with guests
This is my primary residence so it's only available when I am travelling for work...which is a lot! :) I am always available by phone or email to help guests with any questions or issues, no matter where in the world I am.
I do not know my travel schedule after September 2016 yet. Please check back to see availability for later this year and for early 2017.
Five minute stroll to Coffee Pot Bayou, great for biking, walking, or running along the Florida waterway with good chances of seeing dolphins, manatees, rays and plenty of bird life. A short drive to some of the best beaches in the world (Ft De Soto, Clearwater, Siesta Key...all named best beaches in recent years by (URL HIDDEN) Many options for golf, tennis, biking, kayaking and other water sports. Close to the bustling waterfront restaurants and shops and St Petersburg Pier. Just a 20 minute drive across the bay to Tampa and less than 90 minutes door-to-door from my house to Disneyworld, Universal Studios and other Orlando attractions.
Public transportation is not a strong point of St Pete. There are buses available with stops close to the house, but to really enjoy the area I would recommend renting a car. If you plan to just stay in the downtown St Pete area, then you can easily walk or bike around.
Strictly no smoking and no pets.
No more than 4 guests per stay.
No high heels (stilettos) on the hardwood floors.
You are welcome to use anything in the house, but please put things back where you found them. And if you finish something (or come close) , please replace it.
Accidents happen...if you break or lose something during the stay, please let me know.
