Renting from Lyn was a pleasure. She was very easy to contact and made the process painless. The house met and exceeded our expectations. It was well-equipped for someone who likes to cook and comfortable for our two-month stay. Someone met us at the house to familiarize us with everything and was accessible once when we needed assistance. Lyn was in contact by e-mail when I reached out just to provide an update - all went exceedingly well. The neighborhood is very quiet although located right off busy 4th St. N. and close to super markets and restaurants. Neighbors were very friendly. I would recommend this house as a good rental that is accessible to supermarkets, shopping and restaurants. It truly was a great Florida getaway!
Great Place! Lyn has all the details covered...very accommodating and friendly. Very homey feeling and beautiful floors! The only thing i wish we had done differently was rent more bikes. (Lyn has one available) It's really close to trail by the bay area. Close to grocery stores, ice cream, bus stops etc. Overall a great experience and highly recommended!
We spent 2 weeks in Lyn's house in December. We wish we could have stayed longer. The house is quiet and comfortable for 2-3 people. If you want to be close to downtown St. Petersburg, it's perfectly located-- about a block and a half from the running/walking/biking trail that goes right downtown. Good grocery stores are within walking distance. And, of course it didn't hurt that the weather was spectacular!
Lyn's place is so quaint and the location is super central to Tampa, St Petersburg downtown and the beaches. The house is roomy, fully equipped and has lots of character - a nice mix of old and modern. Lyn gave us very detailed information about where to find and how to work things in the house. She also gave us tips about where to shop and dine and all of her suggestions were fab. We had a great stay at Lyn's!
We had a wonderful time. Lyn's charming house is beautifully restored and has it's original 1920's charm while updated with all of the modern amenities . We couldn't have picked a better place to stay in order to vacation in old St. Pete near all of the great attractions in Florida's gulf coast region.
We had a wonderful holiday in Lyn's house. Perfectly located in the Old Northeast neighborhood and just a short walk to the boardwalk. The house was perfect for two couples - nicely furnished and close to many restaurants and markets.
We stayed at Lyns house for three weeks. We had a pleasant time. Warm and comfortable accommodation. For every recommendation. Thank you Lyn! It felt like home!
Greetings from Belgrade!
