Nice apartment, totally renewed, in the centre of Arezzo, with two large terraces: one of them with a very nice view of the old town centre and the other one looking out the sunset. It's at the 4th floor (no elevator).
There is a fully equipped kitchen, with an oven, a fridge and a dishwasher.
An open space living room (with a sofa bed for the guests) has a very large window. The house is full of light all day long.

The Apt is near the railway station (5 minutes walking) and the Centro Affari e Congressi.
It's in the centre of the city. From here, every important place in Arezzo (the Cathedral, San Francesco Square - where you can find the church with one of the masterpieces by Piero della Francesca-, the Crucifix by Cimabue, The ancient Fortress, the Archeological Museum, the Medioeval Museum...) is reachable in a few minutes walking.
The most important restaurants and shops are in the centre of the city too, that's why the house is in a perfect position.

The apartment has been renovated 4 years ago, and it's very comfortable. Having breakfast (or dinner with the BBQ) in the balcony is one of the most beautiful things to do in spring-summer time. For the rest of the year, there is a nice, sunny veranda, which is my office.
Linen and sheets included.
Interaction with Guests
We love meeting new people, but we know how precious privacy can be. Anyway, we'll be available for advices and suggestions. If we are not busy to work, even for a dinner or a walk.
Respect "only": It's the house where I live with my partner and we love it. We are glad to share it with foreign people, because we think that knowing new people is always a "cultural enrichment".
It's allowed to smoke in the terrace only.
Our neighbours are very kind. Please, help us to respect their calmness!
Definitely one of the best AirBnB experiences my partner and I have had. Francesca was very accommodating and very generous in providing us breakfast and has given much thought to all the needs that travellers need. Her maps and recommendations of restaurants of Arezzo were amazing! Anyone staying at her quirky apartment will not regret it!
Francesca is a warm and welcoming hostess. Stefano is also sweet and very helpful. She left us lots of treats to nibble on during our stay. I miss the cookies. The location is perfect, just across the street from the old Arezzo village. A small grocery store is just a couple doors down. A great pizza place (I'm from New Jersey and I know pizza) is a 5 minute walk away. We ate their three times. Both offer very reasonable prices. If I was returning to Arezzo, this is where I'd stay. Thank you Francesca and Stefano.
Our stay at Francesca´s place was just amazing. Her flat is cosy, clean and has a lovely atmosphere. It is just a 5 min. walk to the city center and is therefore a perfect location. Francesca and Stefano are warm, helpful and interesting hosts and helped us out with questions and gave us tips about where to go, where to eat and what to see. It was really wonderful and we highly recommend staying at her apartment! Thank you!!
Great stay at Francesca’s! The pictures are exactly like the place: spacious, clean and tidy. It’s close to the city centre and just ten minutes walk from the train station.
The flat is located on 4th floor without an elevator, but it's very bright and with a great view!
We stayed five nights in Arezzo, and it was a pleasure to meet Francesca: she is a lovely guest, who let us the entire beautiful and colorful flat.
We really appreciated Francesca’s kindness, she is very helpful: tea, coffee, fruits, biscuits are provided, and sheets, towels and blankets too.
The charming terrace can be used for breakfast and meals.
Since we both were quite busy, we didn't have much time to talk as we would like to, nevertheless I felt at home. We’ll certainly stay there again!
Francesca was everything an Airbnb host should aspire to be. Warm, open, flexible, welcoming, and simply a pleasure to speak with. She has cold water and some snacks waiting for me on my arrival, throughout my stay integrated me into her circle of friends, who made my stay in Arezzo truly memorable. Her apartment is beautiful and modern. Do not hesitate to consider staying with Francesca, you will not regret it!
