  • A fantastic apartment in a nice, new building equipped with a pool, gym, and spa. Lovely views from the apartment with new appliances, very clean living space, welcoming decor, and a nice kitchen for cooking or entertaining.

  • I chose one of Ralf's apartments based on his many positive reviews, and they all proved to be true. The apartment was beautifully decorated, in a lovely new building, was fully equipped and in an amazing location - near sights, supermarkets, restaurants, subway, etc.

When I checked in, I got a great overview of all the systems and procedures for the apartment and the building, as well as helpful maps and a binder full of good info.

This was my very first vacation rental and I couldn't have had a more positive experience!

  • This is a great apartment. Also Ralf and his team were amazing in taking care of our needs and the amazing explanation about the area and the apartment.

I would highly recommend working with Ralf in the future.

  • The location is perfect, some parks around, cafes, restaurant, bars anything you need. Very clean and comfortable. Eventhought my flight got in BA very late around 2 a.m, there was a guy to recept me in the apt, who was very helpfull, and answered any doubt I had had.
Highly recomended, any other oportunity to flight to BA, I ll certainly stay in Ralfs apartments.

  • We had a great time during our one-week stay at the Guapo studio. The location was perfect for us - just a couple blocks from Plaza Italia (where there is the subte and lots of bus lines), easy walking distance (10 minutes) to all the great restaurants and shops in both Palermo Soho and Palermo Hollywood, and easy walking distance to all the nice parks in Palermo as well.

The studio itself was clean and well-equipped. No problems with hot water or anything else. We loved waking up to the view from the 11th floor (as others have mentioned, definitely go up to the gym on the 31st floor to admire the views too). It was also nice to be in a building with security at the front gate.

The only slight issue was that there was a miscommunication about how were were supposed to meet Ralf and check in, which resulted in us waiting for almost an hour upon arrival (we didn't have a working cell phone yet). However, Ralf was very apologetic and handled this issue to our satisfaction. On our last day in BA, we had a late flight out but someone else was checking into the Guapo studio, so Ralf allowed us temporary use of another apartment in the building (Sky Loft - also lovely), so we could leave our luggage there and freshen up before our flight. We very much appreciated that.

In summary, we recommend Ralf's properties and would not hesitate to rent from him again!

  • My family of three stayed in the Guapo apartment for a month. The apartment was clean and comfortable and equipped with everything we needed. The building was clean and well maintained. The neighbourhood was great -- everything we needed just steps away and easy access to transportation. Ralph was an excellent host. We felt very welcome and it was nice to know that he was there in case we needed anything for the apartment, information about BA, or for other arrangements we might like to make for seeing the city or countryside. I would rent from Ralph again if I ever return to Buenos Aires.

  • Stellar Apartment in a well-located area. I've stayed in Buenos Aires before and I must say that these accommodations are top-notch. I felt like a royal looking out on BsAs off the 11th floor balcony, the bedding and amenities were also of a very high standard. The view from the gym was unparalleled.

Everyone at 'ba4u' apartments was a joy to talk to and the whole experience was flawless. I got some great advice at check-in!

  • I just got back from a week at this apartment and have to say it truly made my trip to BA. Perfectly situated in Palermo and near plenty of cabs and transport, incredibly comfortable with all amenities I needed -- really, everything -- and with an amazing terrace and view of the city. Be sure to check out the view from the 31st floor gym, it's breathtaking.

Ralf was very friendly and helpful upon my arrival, and had even stocked the fridge with some cold drinks and left some fresh fruit. I will be back, and will recommend Ralf and the apartment to everyone I know heading to BA!

Director Ba4u apartments
Although a German national, I have actually resided outside of my native country for almost half my life. My first ventured abroad to Greece where I worked in guest relations at a premier hotel in Athens. From there I moved to Sydney, Australia where he held an post as personal assistant to a major politician within the Australian Parliament. Soon, with a desire to be more independent, I followed my instincts and in Sydney I opened, managed and ultimately sold, two very successful natural food and juice bars. It was then, in 2007, When I decided to return to a place which I had visited some years before---BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA---and now, it is the place I call home!
