The space
This property is one of a kind with many nooks and crannies, inside and out! Throughout your visit, you will notice the large laminated timbers and stonework, finished in warm amber tones.

The south side, and front of the home, has a large front porch for lounging, that enters into the home's living room, which is great for quiet sitting or lively piano playing!

Straight through the living room, and at the heart of the home, is our "History Room" which has historical photographs on display and offers a welcome respite with a quiet seating area, in a home set up for entertaining!

The parlor to the right of the living room features a Game and Media Room on one side and a Coffee and Wet Bar are on the other, making it ideal for catching a Bobcats game, or playing over 3,000 retro NES, SNES, and Sega games right on the Smart TV in the game area. Visitors can also take advantage of the office nook to catch up on emails, or get some light office work done. Off to the side of the mudroom and bar, yo will find a conveniently located full bathroom.

The large custom kitchen features a Thermador gas range & hood, double wall oven & microwave, trash compactor, free standing fridge, free standing freezer, cherry cabinets & granite tops. Guests can gather for meals and drinks at the kitchen bar, and dining room, with comfortable seating for 12 people. Guests can take advantage of most items needed for cooking, creating, and entertaining a large group of people. If not, just shoot us a text, and we will run out what you need.

Upper level boasts a spacious master suite with fireplace, private balcony & large master bath featuring a walk- in double showerhead, while the bedroom is outfitted with a TV and cozy furniture to enjoy the view to the south.

Also on the second floor is a queen bedroom which can sleep 2, and a larger bedroom with 4 separate beds that sleep a total of 5. The larger bedroom also has a separate bathroom with dual sinks.

The house's west side, also has an entry to the kitchen, as well as a stairwell which leads to the basement, that is ideal for lounging and watching movies on and playing some board games on a rainy or wintry day. There is plenty of room, and an extra fridge and sink, for entertaining in a completely separate space down there as well. The mechanical room door is located here and will remain locked.

The deck out back has a grill and hot tub accessible to guests, and the yard is filled with large magnificent golden weeping willows. In the backyard, you can see the Spanish Peaks of the Madison Range to the south, the Bridgers to the North, and the Gallatin Range to the east and south east, and guests are welcome to enjoy the firepit with complimentary wood.

We hope our guests feel like this is their home away from home during their stay, and get to enjoy the nostalgic feel of a historic Montana property with modern updates and touches!

We are a family of four who live in Bozeman, MT. We met doing seasonal work in Yellowstone in 2004, and that was only the start of our ongoing adventure, which now includes two little girls. We pride ourselves in knowing all of the secret spots in the surrounding Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. We have an informative guidebook which can be useful when planning your adventures. It includes information about all manners of trips in the surrounding dozen different mountain ranges: hiking, mountaineering, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, caving, skiing/snowboarding/Xcountry, fishing, boating/rafting, horseback riding, large animal and bird spotting, and much more. We also offer up an up to date city guide with ideas on what to do in or awesome town in between trips into the wilderness. We are a young outdoorsy couple with a lot of travel experience, mostly in the big empty lands of our world. We are open to all types of people, whether young, old, LGBT, religious/athiest, brown, white, yellow, pink, or purple.
