The Space

Welcome to Frederiksberg and our Danish/Irish home! Only 25 minutes from the airport on the Metro. Our cosy apartment is on a quiet street a 7 minute walk from the Metro. The apartment is on the 3rd floor with no other buildings at the same height, so no nosey neighbours!

Within 15 minutes walking distance there is Frederiksberg Park and Copenhagen Zoo. Within 4 minutes walk there is a variety of cafés and bars and numerous supermarkets (including one open until midnight!) A 4 minute metro ride will take you into the heart of the city or take the 2A straight to Tivoli Gardens.

The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, including a washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine. Towels and linen are included. Free wi-fi. There is a double bed in the bedroom. There is a seperate front room and dining area. (The dining table is now where the study was in the pictures)

It's a home away from home!

  • Siobhan was a great host - very prompt and clear communication, we were able to find the flat no problem. She also left a note with some info about the local (email hidden) book and a map, which were really useful. The flat was lovely, cosy and clean, had a very homely feel to it. The kitchen was well equipped with plenty of pots and pans for making your own meals, plus there was both a small breakfast table and a larger dining table. The location is good, a short walk to the metro with plenty of shops close by. We really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend!

  • We had a great stay in Copenhagen. Siobhan was friendly, prompt and communicated really clearly.

The apartment was lovely, we felt at home - even although we were only staying for a weekend. The rooms were full of light and had nice views over the courtyard garden. The kitchen was also great and Siobhan's collection of Moomin mugs added to the cosy, homely feel!

The area was also really nice, there are plenty of shops and cafes nearby and the metro into the city is really close to the apartment.

Overall a super no-hassle AirBnB experience!

    Thank you!!

  • Wonderful stay in Siobhan's apartment. Excellent location in Frederiksburg close to shops, restaurants, cafes, etc. A very safe street to leave bikes out at night also!

Siobhan's apartment is very spacious and homely, two important qualities for a positive Airbnb experience. The instructions provided to get to the apartment were appreciated, as were Siobhan's helpful tips on places to go in the neighbourhood.

  • I have been in Copenhagen for 1 week at the end of May 2013 for work so I had few time to visit the city however I enjoyed my stay.
Siobhan is a great host: communication is clear and she is careful to details: recommandation about metro tickets and directions to reach the flat, found the key exactly where she said without problems, in the kitchen she left a map of the city and a paper with useful info about markets, where to (email hidden) on airbnb really show how nice the flat is. When I arrived I felt like at home, there was everything you usually need.
It was very clean, big space and sunny. Neighbours are quiet and Friederiksberg is a beautiful area to spend time. I had fun. I would like to come again! I recommend it! Thank you Siobhan and Christian.

  • Hi!

I was there to visit Copenhague and Malmo.
I had a wonderful time at Siobhan's appartement.
The place is really nice and clean. It doesn't lack of anything, the metro and the bus stop (2A) for the city center was near.
I didn't meet Siobhan but she arranged everything and gave us really good advice about the neighbourhood.

Thank you again for letting us rent your appartment
My stay in Copenhague was AWESOME!!

  • Siobhans Irish home in Frederiksborg is a very comfortable, friendly flat in a quiet residential street but very conveniently situated: lots of shops, restaurants etc. nearby, and within 15 min reach of town center (super easily by metro). all informations needed were offered by Siobhan in very welcoming way. the kitchen equipment is great so no problem cooking at home when restaurant prices seem too high. we felt very much at home there and would happily come back some time.
