Spacious, bright apartment in the 6th district, just 300m off Mariahilfer Strasse, one of Vienna's buzzing shopping streets.
3min. walk to U6, 3min. walk to U3 which takes you to the major sightseeing spots in 10 minutes. Or you simply walk for 30 minutes and you're right in front of St. Stephen's Cathedral.
It's a loft style apartment with a 45m2 living and dining room, flat screen TV, WiFi, a separate kitchen with dish washer, a separate bathroom with washing machine/dryer and bath tub and a separate toilet. Upstairs is a large bedroom with access to a 10m2 terrace.
Why should you book it?
- you're super-close to city centre, shopping, restaurants & bars
- it's a very cosy place
- it's quiet - and so you are requested to behave as well
No street shoes after the main entrance
Please be aware that the apartment is located on the third floor in a traditional Biedermeier House in Vienna with no lift (staircase spacious, steps not very steep).
Take shoes off at entrance.
Keep noise down.
Both Daniela and her place are great and very welcoming. The apartment has a spacious living room, well-stocked kitchen (if you like to cook), good shower with plenty of hot water, comfy bed, cool artwork, and is only a couple of blocks away from our favorite district (the 7th). There's even a small outside terrace which we only used briefly as it was winter time and the weather wasn't so conducive to sitting outside. Communication was also great both before and during our stay. My girlfriend and I both left saying we'd love to have spent more time hanging out with Daniela. She has a really great spirit and seemed like a lot of fun. Would definitely stay at her place again.
I am from Vienna (Austria). I own an agency for unconventional communications and focus my work on creating urban brand experiences, analyzing global trends and city dynamics.
I certainly can't live without traveling and being surrounded by the beautiful things in life. My passion lies in art, architecture, design and advanced technology. My favorite places: New York, Japan (everything I've seen traveling through Japan was simply amazing), London, the wild landscape in Chile, and so many other places that I was lucky to see. The melange of a perfect life-style is certainly frequently traveling to a multimillion people metropolis followed by a stay in a small mountain hut in the Alps or a beach house in the South of France.
