Luxury duplex apartment, recently renovated to the highest standards. The apartment combines a modern spacious design with the feel of a traditional building (high ceilings, oak beams, etc). Design furniture and fittings, custom made oak furniture, oak floors. Access through a private courtyard. Large wide screen television (42 inches), dvd player, cable tv and internet.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a period house built in the end of the 19th century, with high ceilings and big rooms (please note that there is no elevator).
Easy parking. Stone's throw from the European Union offices: 200mt from the Council and 800mt from the Parliament. Grand Place and most of Brussel's other famous sites within walking distance.
Access to and from this area is extremely easy: metro stations, bus stops, railway stations are all within walking distance.
The area is very quiet and with beautiful houses, all recently renovated. Three famous Art Nouveau parks are just 100-300 mt from the house: Marie Louise, Ambiorix and Marguerite, surrounded by some of the most famous Art Nouveau houses in Brussels.
There are local commerces for food shopping at the bottom of the street (50-150 mt) and a number of restaurants of any possible cuisine that you may want to try, just a few hundred meters up the road.

- No outside shoes in the flat
For hygiene reasons and to respect the quiet of the people staying below you.
Please limit the noise, especially in the common areas, between 11 pm and 7.30 am (stairs, doors).
Check in and check out times can be flexible, depending on other bookings.
Please note that Check In and Check Out outside these times have to be agreed with us and MIGHT carry an EXTRA COST of 20€. Availability for Check In and Check Out between 8pm and 8am has to be confirmed by us and MIGHT carry an EXTRA COST of 35€. Time flexibility and extra costs will be confirmed to you before your arrival.

We cannot accept any liability for the heating system, or any household appliance breaking down. Urgent steps will be taken for a local helper to rectify any problem.
