Kinpine House is your group’s elevated Tahoe retreat—spacious, thoughtfully styled, and wrapped in forest light with panoramic lake and mountain views from nearly every room. Just minutes from beaches, skiing, hiking, and local favorites, it’s perfectly located for adventure and ease. With 7 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, a wraparound deck, hot tub, chef’s kitchen, and a smart three-floor layout, there’s space to gather, rest, and reconnect.

The space
Styled for togetherness and designed for rest, Kinpine House offers a rare mix of elegance and livability. Vaulted, beamed ceilings and a stone fireplace anchor the main living area, while the open kitchen and dining spaces make shared meals easy and unhurried. The wraparound deck, fire pit, and hot tub extend the living space outdoors year-round.

Inside, the house is set up for spending time together without forcing it. There are simple ways to unwind—conversation by the fire, music at the piano, classic arcade games, and casual video gaming—alongside quieter corners for reading, resting, or retreating. Upstairs bedrooms have window or portable A/C units for summer comfort (installed summer months only, not shown in photos).

Families are well supported, with books and toys for younger guests, and a layout that lets kids spread out while adults still have space of their own.

Guest access
Guests have full, private access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, living areas, wraparound deck, hot tub, chef’s kitchen, laundry, and garage with EV charger. Parking is provided on-site for up to six vehicles (no street parking).

As our guest, you also have access to a shared private beach—one of Incline Village’s most special amenities.

Entry is contactless via smart lock; your access code and check-in instructions will be sent 72 hours before arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm. Early check-in may be available if our cleaning company has finished preparing the house for your arrival, but we generally do not know until noon on arrival day and cannot make early check-in guarantees in advance.

Other things to note
Incline Village is a regulated short-term rental community. Maximum occupancy limits apply to all guests on the property, including daytime visitors. No street parking is permitted.

Snow removal is handled for you, and the heated driveway makes winter arrivals easier. AWD or 4WD is recommended during snowy conditions.
