Enjoy your stay in Downtown Zagreb in this new, fully renovated and furnished trendy apartment just minutes away from all the top locations. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities you may need and has a balcony.

The space
Bring only the best memories from your holiday in Zagreb - stay in a cozy, trendy, newly furnished apartment in Downtown Zagreb. The apartment is centrally located - 10 mins from both main train and bus station by foot (2 tram stops away either direction), there's a tram station in front of the apartment. Walking to the main square Trg takes 10 minutes through downtown parks. Because of its central location you basically don't need to use public transportation at all.
The apartment consists of a bedroom with a king size bed and a wardrobe, bathroom with a shower and a large living/dining room and kitchen.
The living room has a big and very comfy couch that turns into a bed for two people.
It's located on the 4th floor and has a nice balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee or tea with a view. Smokers will appreciate this little refuge where they can enjoy their ciggies:-)
The apartment comes with a big TV screen with numerous channels, unlimited and fast WiFi, AC to cool you down in hot summer months, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen.
Additional amenities include a hair dryer, an iron and an ironing board.
The apartment is on the 4th floor in a building that doesn't have an elevator. As with all centrally located downtown apartments - there's traffic on the streets around it.

Feel free to make your self comfortable and enjoy the whole apartment and the balcony as if it were your own home.
Opposite the apartment is an underground secured paid parking in the Branimir mall or the Sheraton hotel.

A very safe area in Downtown with everything you may need within a few minute's walk. There is a bakery right opposite the apartment, an Asian restaurant around the corner, a few cafes and rent-a-car offices just down the street. A small minimart and a farmacy are just a few steps up the street. A Korean food store and a hospital one block away.
Opposite the apartment is the Branimir centre with an underground paid parking, cinemas, cafes and various dining options. A few blocks away you can find one of the Zagreb's Farmers markets - the Branimir market.
