Wonderful location and exactly as it appears in the listing. Spacious loft ideal for enjoying SoHo and downtown Manhattan with enough room to relax and enjoy the home. Modern furnishings and finishes.
Christian was very responsive and check-out and check-in were speedy.
Highly recommend this loft.
Great location. In the heart of Soho. The loft is very spacious. Great kitchen with modern stove top and good oven. Tastefully decorated and furnished.
I rented this place to impress my partner visiting from out of town. I considered a few other alternatives, including the James Hotel where you can get a suite for a comparable price at 1000 square feet.
Some set backs of SohoLoft (given the price and compared to alternatives) are the refrigerator is small, no central air conditioning (instead, an installed cooling unit plus two ceiling fans), can be noisy on the main road if you open windows to air-out the space, and the overall decor/wood/tiling/carpet can be refurbished (are not glossy, as pictured). Street-level entry into the loft is rough (graffiti'd glass door, old tiled stairwell) which may lend character but overall does not suggest it has been designed.
Fabulous loft exactly as represented. Huge space, beautifully furnished and appointed, and the location is in the heart of SoHo. It was a great place to stay, relax and work from. My host was always available and met me at the loft and checked in a few times to ensure I had everything I needed. Highly recommended.
The flat is exactly as shown in picture. Large and convenient with stylish furnitures. Great place, and really warm welcome. Great Soho experience. Really recommend, especially in an area where hotels are generally overpriced.
Very good. One of the coldest nights on record causing some heating issues which were resolved very promptly. No complaints.
My boyfriend and I chose to do AirBnb for the first time during New York Fashion week/ Valentine's Day weekend. The owner of this beautiful apartment was extremely quick to answer all of our questions and made us feel extra welcomed to be in New York City. He accommodated the odd times we both came and left, and made the whole process painless. Compared to hotel rooms for about the same price, this place was so much more spacious than any other hotel we could have found anywhere else. It is very tastefully decorated and the pictures are very accurate to what the interior looks like. We were very pleased with our first experience and intend on using AirBnb again for how great our first time ended up to be! Would recommend!
This is the perfect NY hang out! Especially if you are traveling in business, like I did, and need a place to relax and regroup between meetings. Excellent care of details and interior design. The furnitures were all very tasteful and functional. I especially liked the lighting, a detail that is often forgotten and overseen but that can make all the difference. The location is absolutely perfect! You have all the restaurants, bars, cafés etc you could possibly want within a few blocks. Subway is really close and taking a stroll up Mullbery St. to get to the subway is a nice way to enjoy the only part of Little Italy that is actually Italian...
Everything is just like the pictures and all the amenities are in place. You might not want to attempt any elaborate gourmet cooking in this kitchen but for basic stuff everything you need is there. Also, with the kind of restaurants NY has to offer, why cook! :-)
Check in and communication with the host was extremely easy and responsive.
All in all i definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a NY experience clearly above standard. I will return in a heartbeat.
