About this listing
you will stay in the master room in our home, which is a semi detached Edwardian house close to the center, yet situated in a quiet location away from the busy part of the city, but close enough to eat in trendy and interesting areas of Bristol.
Cath and Patrick invite you to stay in their home in a quiet street close to the centre of the city. We live in an elegant Edwardian three storey house in the heart of Bristol. Its position is fantastically convenient for the centre which is a 10 minute walk away. You will stay in our master room ( cosy single room on other site) both of which have just been newly refurbished .
Bristol Temple Meads Station is about 15-20 mins to walk and we are 30 mins by car from Bristol Airport. (Cars can be parked here outside for free and buses go very regularly from outside the train station). Theatres, Arts Cinema and the Colston hall are all within a short walk away as is the SS Great Britain, the M-Shed Museum and The City Hall. The BBC is 15 mins by bike or a bus ride away. Bath is 10mins away by train caught from Bristol Temple Meads. Many excellent Cafes and restaurants are within easy walking distance. We are also conveniently positioned for the Universities and Hospitals. Our position in Bristol offers the chance for guests to get a real taste of what Bristol has to offer, and we prefer people visiting on a short stay basis.

Adorable Bristolian home! Cath and her husband were out of town during our stay but were there to greet us and orient us to their home prior to leaving. It is such a quaint and clean home, and we loved having a little retreat from the hustle and bustle of Balloon Fiesta weekend. Cath went above and beyond to provide us with breakfast accommodations, which we really appreciated, and it was so pleasant to drink a bit of coffee/tea in their kitchen to wake up for the day.
Their home is a bit removed from city center (about 1 mile from College Green), but we loved having the walk and being able to see the balloons over the homes as we returned at night. Easy access to Temple Meads train station, very near the river -- we loved our time and would certainly return!
Vielen Dank nochmals
We spend only one night in Caths wonderfully cosy and homely house and we would have loved to stay a little longer! A quiet and precise hostess Cath made us feel at home and gave advice about the neighborhood and the town.
My partner and I were in Bristol for a wedding and stayed at Cath's house. It was extremely well located for a weekend in central Bristol and had a homely feel. It was a shame not to meet Cath but through the phone messages and neat house I could see she would be a great host! Thanks!
We had a lovely stay in Cath's Private room! Extremely comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. Short walk to harbour side and the centre of town. Highly Recommended.
We had a pleasant stay at Cath's home. The room was lovely and spacious and the bed very comfy. Breakfast was an added bonus a good start to the day. We would definitely stay again.
