Four of us stayed at Francois' apartment and were very happy with our accommodation.
Francois is very easy to communicate with. He answered our emails promptly and provided all the information we requested.
We were met at the apartment by Sandra who was very helpful in giving us information on restaurants, public transportation etc.
The apartment is in a great location. The subway is half a block away and there are lots of major bus routes nearby. The area is not touristy at all. You really feel like you are living with the locals. We found some very nice restaurants within easy walking distance distance as well as grocery stores, pharmacies and general shopping.
We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Paris and would certainly recommend Francois' apartment.
We loved staying here, the place was a little slice of quiet paradise in busy Paris. The location is great and we made use of the buses which meant we could see more of the suburbs. Metro is right at the end of the street as well as a supermarket. Check-in was easy with great instructions from Francois. The hosts were kind, friendly and helpful. Thank you so much, we will definitely stay here again!
Francois was very considerate, he always replied within a very short time to my mails and gave very accurate information. The location of the flat could not be better, 2 min. from the Metro, buses, restaurants, shops, etc. The flat was very big and served it purpose. The tv was not working properly. Wifi was excellent. We would have preferred to receive 2 keys. The flat was very untidy and not clean enough for my taste. What you see on the pictures, is not what you get. I would prefer more lights in the rooms. The main room was very dark, in the small bedroom there is only a bedside lamp.
I am sorry Sabine, that the apartment was not up to your expectations. The arrangement of the furniture has been changed and a sofa added in the living room so it may be why it did not look as the pictures. The place is fairly sparse so I am surprised that it was so untidy. The apartment is old and some features may be a little eccentric but some people found charm in it. Still I believe that for the price, location and large space it is great value for money.Nevertheless we will take into consideration your remarks and improve the lighting and the service. Thank you for helping ameliorate our presentation.
Esperienza assolutamente consigliata! Grazie ancora Francois!
