Our bright 3-bedroom flat is well equipped for families or a group of friends. Split over 2 floors it has an open plan living/ kitchen area with private garden, while upstairs you'll find the bedrooms and a recent refurbished, fully equipped bathroom
Great split level apartment the heart of Dalston, Hackney. It's perfect for a family or 3 couples, but equally popular for work trips or for a group of friends.
The maisonette is generously sized and split over two levels - ground floor and 1st floor. There are three bedroom and a bathroom situated on the upper floor. Three bedrooms are at the guests' full disposal. The downstairs space features a kitchen, toilet and living room with access to private outside space.
The large bedroom offers a massive king size bed, desk, chair and a generous walk-in wardrobe.
The medium sized bedroom is rather spacious and has a double bed and space for clothes.
Bedroom three offers a very comfy double bed and is more cozy in size.
The kitchen is joined with the living room and offers a great space to cook with friends, have dinner with friends or just to hang out after a tough day around town. The kitchen is fully equipped for ambitious cooking sessions, in case you're in the mood for cooking. We provide the basics to get you started cooking: olive oil, salt & pepper, plenty of spices. In short, you'll enjoy cooking like it was your own apartment.
Outside the living room there's a private garden that's great in summertime for meals. Even when it's chilly outside, the garden nevertheless is nice and leafy and perfect for some fresh air or alternatively, for a smoke or two.
In the Living room there's a smart TV for guest use. With that you can watch all the BBC, Channel 4/5, Itv on demand content. It's not wired up to live TV, but the current programme choice is pretty ample.
The TV is also hooked up to a Netflix account, which enables to watch thousands of movies and TV shows free of charge.

Entire flat: 3 bedrooms with a double bed each, fully equipped kitchen, living room, newly refurbished upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet, private garden with garden furniture.
The flat is excellently situated in peaceful local authority development, tucked in between lovely De Beauvoir Square and Islington, and buzzing and trendy Dalston and London Fields (Hackney). Both boroughs have recently been ranked at the top of the list as 'London's best boroughs' by Metro newspaper.
The area offers various street markets (Broadway Market, Ridley Road, Kingsland Road), numerous pubs (Haggerston, Fox, Duke's Brew, Scolt's Head) and Coffee Shops. The Regent's Canal is just around the corner and takes you towards Victoria Park or Angel.
Parking is available on site. Free parking tickets for up to 72 hours are available with prior notice, for longer period we can arrange something if necessary.
Transport is convenient and offers various options: the East London line is minutes away (Haggerston Station or Dalston Junction), as well as the Overground at Dalston Kingsland. Numerous buses take you to Central London without interchange - the 149 and 242 stop is 2 minutes away from the flat.
Before accepting a booking we always make sure we know a little bit about our guests; where are you from, what brings you to London, what made you choose this area. A few sentences are enough but give us a bit of an idea who our guests are.
When we're not renting out and live at the flat, we tend to be fairly quiet and there isn't any late night party/ noise at the flat. The neighbours are easy going but we wouldn't want to test their tolerance levels.
From our guests we expect to keep the noise at a reasonable level at night time.
No smoking indoors but totally fine in the back garden.
Guests that are not part of the initial booking should be announced.
From Dec 01, 2015 - Feb 29, 2016 the minimum stay is 4 nights.
