The space
This is a perfect home for the family reunions and a great vacation home while visiting the area. as uniquely beautiful inside with the wonderful design and décor and outside with the landscape design and gardens. The property's entrance is flanked with lovely ramps for easy access to the house or to the large patio. The house is 5,000 square feet and the outdoor patio offers and additional 1300 square feet of outdoor living space with lovely lawn furniture, dining table and a bbq to enjoy freshly prepared foods. The front lawn is expansive and we encourage you to have a game of croquette or just sit and relax, read a book or enjoy the gardens as the ever blooming day lilies smile and float their graceful colour for you to enjoy.

We call our home Gatherings Guest House is located on the beautiful Saint John River Valley just a few minutes from Fredericton, New Brunswick's capital, our area is very safe! The views along the Saint John River Valley are lovely our home is situated on a 1 1/4 acre lot so there is lots of room and open space to relax and enjoy the property and outdoors and our neighbourhood is very quiet and safe. Being the capital of the province our city has no industrial manufacturing so our air is very fresh and clean for you to enjoy while you relax on your journey and stay with us.
Just a few Kilometres up river we have a provincial park that has an 18 hole golf course, provincial camping, a marina and a swimming park it is called Mactaquac Provincial Park the phone number is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) Golfing is (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and to find the link (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN) the name above the url doesn't work from this site. There are three more golf courses in this are they are;
Kingswood 18 holes (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN); Fredericton Golf & Curling Club (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) and Carman Creek Golf Course & Golf Academy a 9 hole course (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN) or (PHONE NUMBER HIDDEN).
We always recommend everyone lock their car and the house for your safety although safe we always lock everything.
