The Space

Cozy apartment in amazing location 3 blocks from downtown!

Comfortable space with two bedrooms, a laid back host, nearby- and just steps from downtown.

Bedroom 1: (currently the only one rented) Features it's own bathroom across hallway from bedroom, large closet , dresser, leather bench and lamp. Foothills views out the window.

Full kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, private bathroom, fast Wifi, off street parking, private washer/dryer, comfy bed, spacious closet.

I'm alway just a call or text away and happy to help as needed. I'll try to meet you when you arrive, but often end up just leaving a key for you as schedules get crazy. Always available by phone and email and happy to hang out to meet up/ make recommendations or show you around town!

Currently I work from the apartment- but spend my nights at my girlfriend's place across town. So my typical schedule is to arrive between 8/8:30 and work from my office (master bedroom) and then leave typically by 6:00pm.

Close to Pearl street, next to creek, minutes from trails and the best market in Boulder is just 3 blocks away.

Bus stop a block away.

Guest Access

Just make yourself at home! Help yourself to anything in the kitchen, and let me know if you are a coffee drinker and I'll show you where I keep the beans and french press!

Garage space if needed to keep a bike, wifi, fireplace, washer/dryer.

Interaction with Guests

As needed: I'm available to answer questions if needed.

I'm living in this home part-time, but will respect your privacy during your stay.

The Neighborhood

Park/creek access just 1 block, and miles of amazing trails less than 1 mile away! 3 blocks to West Pearl street- the best part of downtown!

Getting around

Bus stop just 1 block from my house. I can help you with RTD schedules if you like!

Other Things to Note

If you need anything else just ask! I keep shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap in the bathroom and typically have plenty of other supplies if you forgot something, just let me know!

  • We stayed here for three nights at the end of June. The place was very can comfortable and Jeremy set us up with everything that we needed. There was plenty of space and the location was very convenient to downtown Boulder.

  • Jeremy's place is great! Super location for accessing downtown Boulder! Everything was clean and perfect! My sister and husband came for a week for my daughters wedding and loved it. Thank you Jeremy! Holly Dennis

  • Jeremy has an great place in a perfect location, we couldn't have been happier being able to stroll to pearl street. Loved Boulder and all it has to offer and this (email hidden) to do it from. Jeremy was great, gave us good tips and loads of space.

  • Once again, Jeremy was an outstanding host. His apartment really makes you feel at home. Not only is it clean, but you have plenty of space and the location could not be any better!

I have nothing but great things to say!

  • Staying at Jeremy's place was easy and comfortable. The living space is just like the picture (taken from the couch) and the front windows let in great light. The guest bedroom is snug, but has a Queen bed, a large empty closet and dresser for your stuff, and a padded bench. The guest bathroom is pleasant and functional, and again there's space for your stuff - wonderful! There's free wi-fi and you have the use of the living room, kitchen and front entry mud room - handy in the changeable Boulder weather. Jeremy was very responsive to email and texts, and we saw him just once in the 5 days of our stay.

The location is awesome - an easy walk through the park to the downtown area and Pearl St. mall. We strolled over to the Farmer's Market on Saturday morning and bought breakfast from one of the food trucks. Parking is also pretty easy, either on the street or in the small lot behind the apartment complex. Jeremy's apartment (email hidden) to stay, and he (email hidden).

  • Jeremy's place was absolutely perfect for my stay in Boulder! I didn't have a car, so the close proximity to Alfalfas and Pearl St. was awesome. The apartment itself was very clean and cozy. Jeremy was great and very responsive. He was also full of insight about Boulder, which was very helpful.

  • Very comfortable. Quiet neighborhood. Garage parking. Walking distance to local organic grocery, library, and outstanding tea house/restaurant. We loved the hedged walkway up to the house and the view of the historic mansion out the front window. It met our needs perfectly as a 2-day home base in Boulder where we could rest, fix breakfast, and host family. Thanks so much Jeremy!

  • Great location - just minutes from Pearl. We never met, but Jeremy was very quick to respond by email. Pleasant and comfortable apartment.

  • This is one of the best Air BnBs I have stayed out. It is a spacious and clean apartment in the ideal location. It is a 4 block walk to the Pearl Street Market but on a quiet street.

Jeremy was always available by text and handled all of my questions immediately.

Internet worked great and he has a garage for those with the cars.

  • Jeremy was a very considerate and welcoming host. I had a great stay in his home and while I did not see him all that often, he was very easy to get along with when I did. The apartment was close to transport and shops, and right near the edge of town and the mountains.

Easy-going is one descriptor I've heard all of my life. I recently moved back to Boulder after a 6 year hiatus, and I am fully in love with the place that I live. For work I do energy efficiency program management. On weekends and after work typically you will find me heading out to one of the local canyons to pursue my passion for rock climbing. That being said, I'm actually gone a lot of weekends, climbing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter. I've traveled widely, spending extended periods of time in East Africa, New Zealand, and South East Asia and love to meet people from different parts of the country/world. My current position is grant funded and I plan to travel the world for at least 6 months when my grant is done. I grew up in New England and have lived on both coasts, as well as in Texas. I enjoy good beer, good conversation, good people and good times, and look forward to meeting you and helping to make your stay amazing.
