Villa Qualia - A newly renovated 130 year-old family-owned villa, restored with care and attention to detail. Located in a small village in the heart of Istria, making it a perfect hub for trips and exploration of the breathtaking Istrian peninsula. Also perfect for digital nomads, as it features an optical internet connection, minimum 100 Mbps.

The space
The villa comprises of 4 bedrooms (all with AC). On the second floor there are two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The ground floor consists of a large living room with a dining area and kitchen. On the ground floor there is also a heated saltwater pool, outdoor kitchen (fully equipped - including dishwasher and fireplace grill), and two large separate shaded seating / lounge areas - perfect for relaxation.
