Turn-key, comfy, private, and spacious, our home is ready for your stay. We’ll be snow-birding it this winter, letting our home be yours for itinerant work, relocating, etc, from short stays of 7+ days (min) to 120+/- days. Close to main roads (which are cleared first in winter storms). Reliable early morning snow removal. Full kitchen with snacks and basics to help you settle in.

The space
Private home with all amenities including snow removal, trash removal, free unlimited wifi, utilities included. Discounts given for longer stays. Perfect for outage / shift workers: quiet, room darkening curtains, queen size bed.

Guest access
Completely furnished throughout. Free wifi, large screen tv, cosy fireplace and comfy seating completes the living room. Laundry room fully stocked (iron, ironing board, detergents, stain remover, etc). Help yourself to snacks and basics, whatever’s stocked in the kitchen, which has stove, dishwasher, microwave. Queen size bed.

Other things to note
Long, wide off-road 250+ foot long driveway makes it easy to park car, truck, snowmobile; great solitary convenience store gas station within walking distance. Only a short 5 minute drive to 9 Mile / Fitzhugh power stations and Novelis, a 2 minute drive to Walmart, 4 minute drive to downtown Oswego, 6 minutes to Oswego Hospital, 10 minutes to SUNY Oswego. Bring your passport in case you want to visit Canada (65 miles from here).

Quiet, friendly, private, safe neighborhood in the country just outside city limits.

Within 2 minutes you have Walmart, BigLots, Lowes, Harbor Freight, AutoZone, Aldi, Price Chopper, Walgreen’s, KFC, Popeye’s, McDonald’s, Taco Bell, BK, Wendy’s, Subway(2), and Dunkin’ Donuts.

In 6 minutes you have the historic Oswego city waterfront, all sorts of dining options and two marinas, a cinema dating to the 1930’s with leather recliners, ice fishing, snowshoeing along the Riverwalk, and in summer there’s Tiki boats, free live music everywhere. And in summer, the famous sunsets.
