Ava Haus is an authentic German Farmhouse located just 3 minutes from Fredericksburg on approximately three acres. Ava Haus offers a unique alternative for family and friends to gather during holidays or as a simple get a way for a few days. Our grounds and guesthouses are ideal for reunions and most occasions. Guests can book reservations for the Silo only, or book all five guest houses.

Each guesthouse has a TV with Satellite, WI-FI internet

The space
The Silo is located on 3 acres, 1.5 miles from Main Street. The property was a Dairy Farm established in 1862, and the main limestone farmhouse is still a part of the acreage along with 4 other BNB rentals.
