Spacious modern two bedroom apartment with an enviable ski-in/ski-out access to Bourke Street ski run, located in Twin Towers apartment building. Convenient walking distance to the village, ski school & restaurants. Equipment rental also located right next door. The apartment features a master bedroom with queen bed (brand new pillow top mattress), second bedroom with 2 bunks & bathroom with washer & dryer. Fully equipped cook's kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave and Nespresso machine.

Spacious two bedroom apartment overlooking Bourke Street & Baldy ski runs. The apartment has a modern kitchen with all the cooking utensils you will need during your stay. There is an ALDI coffee machine, sandwich toaster and a rice cooker as well. The dining table seats 6 comfortably as does the living area. You can enjoy the views of people skiing by while you relax on the couch at the end of the day.
The master bedroom has a queen bed with a brand new pillow top mattress and ample cupboard space. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk and loads of cupboards.
The bathroom has a shower and half bath for the kids. It also includes a washer and dryer.
There is a large drying room next door to the apartment which will dry all your clothing and boots overnight. The drying room is shared between the 4 apartments on the 6th floor so please be considerate of other people’s gear. There are ski racks located in the entrance hall of the apartment to keep your skis & snowboards secure during your stay.
The apartment has electronically controlled hydronic heating. It is set on 20 degrees at all times. The bedrooms seem a little cooler then the living room which is more comfortable for sleeping. If you wish to adjust the heating you can use the arrows on the control panel located next to the kitchen. There is no need to turn off the heating at the end of your stay, just adjust it back to 20 degrees.

Guest access

Twin Towers is located on Summit Road at the top of the Bourke Street ski run. It has 2 entrances you can use during your stay. The main entrance is on level 1 adjacent to Summit Road. From here you will need to take the stairs to the apartment. There is a second skiers entrance located on level 5, just one flight from the apartment. There is a walkway from this entrance that drops you on the edge of Bourke Street run and the Arlberg Hotel. Twin Towers is one of only a few properties on Mt Buller that offers direct ski-in/ski-out access. When arriving with luggage we suggest you ask the taxi to drop you at the top entrance at the back of the Arlberg.

The Mt.Buller 'Information Centre' is located in the Mt.Buller Village Square under the clock tower. Visit the 'Information Centre' to find out about various activities on offer. Lost & Found is also located at the 'Information Centre'. Mt.Buller 'Guest Services' personnel wear yellow jackets and are standing around the village to help answer any questions you may have.

ARRIVAL
Please be sure to tell the over-snow taxi driver to take you to Twin Towers top entrance. This way it is only one flight of stairs to the apartment.
KEYS
The apartment manager will contact you before your arrival to organise to meet you with the keys. The manager will also advise where to drop the keys at the end of your stay (a $100 lost key penalty exists).
RUBBISH
Please take all garbage to the rubbish hut located across the road from the level 1 entrance. It is a little wooden hut, with a triangular roof.
HEATERS
Please leave heating on at the end of your stay.
CLEAN & TIDY
Please clean any excess spills or cooking mess. Please rinse all dishes, pots & pans and place in dishwasher & turn on (dishwasher & cleaning supplies are in the cupboard under the sink)
Please keep carpet clean.
SKIS, SNOWBOARDS & TOBOGGANS
There is a rack located in the apartment entrance hall for skis, boards and play equipment. Please do not take any equipment into the living room and bedrooms.
SKI BOOTS
Please remove ski boots before entering the apartment (we are a socks & slippers apartment). There is a drying room next door for your boots and gear.
NO SMOKING
No smoking in the apartment or on the balcony
ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE
Please report any accidental damage or carpet spills immediately to prevent permanent damage and loss of bond
NOISE
Please keep noise to a minimum, especially between 10pm-8am
TOILET
Do not place foreign objects in the toilet
SUPPLIES
Linen and towels provided, together with crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, including pots and pans. We do not supply tea, coffee, etc. You will need to bring all your food requirements, including toiletries and additional toilet paper for extended stays.
LAUNDRY
There is a washer and dryer located in the apartment. You will need to provide your own washing powder.
TAKE CARE
Please take care of this property, it is both a holiday rental and a much loved family holiday home. Please keep shoes off when inside and take care of the furniture.
PETS
Mt.Buller is a national park, no pets allowed.
EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT
You may request an early check in and late check out, however it will only be considered if there is no one checked in the day prior or post your stay. Confirmation will be one day prior to your arrival/departure. Please do not make your plans around this. If you wish to ski the day of your departure there is a storage room located off the staircase between level 1 & 2. You can check out of the apartment and store your gear in this room while you go skiing. When you have finished for the day you can get changed and leave the building.

Great place to unwind, enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surrounds. Thank you for opening up your place to us. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Make sure that you bring your selection of coffees and teas and everything you need to cook (salt, pepper, oil etc). Otherwise the apartment has everything you need for a great time.

This apartment is amazing - so beautifully fitted out - with everything a family needs - we had an amazing stay at Mt Buller during Summer while our son competed in a Mt Buller Mountain biking event in March.

The hosts were wonderful. We were early for the check in with young children (after a very long journey) and they bent over backwards to make the property available for us and our stay as pleasurable as possible. Lovely family and we felt very welcome. The apartment is directly on Bourke Street and it has genuine ski in ski out access. The apartment is spacious and comfortably set up. The kitchen is large with excellent cooking equipment, crockery and cutlery perfect for preparing, serving and enjoying meals. Good privacy and overall very well suited for a family.
